Geri Horner Rakes in £860,000 from Spice Girls Fame Nearly 30 Years Later!
30 years after leaving the Spice Girls in 1998, Geri Horner continues to reap rewards from her time as Ginger Spice.
At age 52, the singer is involved in multiple successful businesses with her husband Christian Horner. These include a racing stable, property investments, and writing books for children.
Despite not receiving income from other sources, the pop star continues to thrive financially, as recent filing documents show that she earned over £860,000 last year through her former band alone.
As a devoted follower, I’m proud to share that my company, Wonderful Productions, which I established with the Spice Girls in mind, recently recorded an impressive profit of £862,312 over the past 12 months, as per our latest financial reports up to August 2024.
The total earnings saved by the mother of two in her business now amount to an impressive £2.16 million.

As a seasoned lifestyle connoisseur, I established Wonderful Productions back in 1997, initially known as Firecracker Productions Limited, during the peak of my journey with the iconic Spice Girls. The earnings from my flourishing music career and various business ventures have been instrumental in nurturing this production company.
Later in May 2021, she established Falcon Queen Productions, serving as a platform for ‘business support functions’. She acts as both the head of this company and its only staff member. Her control over it is facilitated through Wonderful Productions, the owner of all its shares.
Regardless of their ongoing popularity as a 90s girl group, their financial situation has experienced fluctuations throughout the years.
Or, more casually:
Their 90s fame hasn’t waned, but their finances have had their highs and lows over time.
In February of the previous year, it came to light that things were quite different for Geri, as records from Wonderful Productions indicated a loss of approximately £77,994 for her in the year 2023.
While Falcon Queen Limited also made losses of £75,521 and plunged £276,000 into the red.
Contrastingly, the preceding year brought Geri a payout of approximately £762,240 from the company. In contrast, she received over £1 million for herself in 2020, and the company’s value escalated to £3 million in 2019.
Following the disclosure of her ever-growing fortune, her wealth flourished even more after her thriving horse racing business experienced a prosperous year.
In 2021, Geri and her spouse Christian, both aged 51, established their racing horse enterprise, OMBI. The ownership was shared equally between this duo, with Geri being a renowned musician and Christian serving as the head of Red Bull’s Formula One team.

In September, it was disclosed that the most recent financial reports demonstrated an impressive tripling of the business’s earnings, following a substantial £600,000 expenditure in 2023.
The documents showed that the couple spent approximately £137,000 on biological resources, £280,000 on real estate, and £187,000 on cars, reducing their total assets to slightly less than £1 million.
The investment they made proved beneficial, since OMBI ended up earning a significant amount, accumulating retained earnings of approximately £220,000, marking an increase from £69,000 in the previous year.
Geri and Christian own several racehorses, each one bearing names inspired by tracks from Geri’s solo career – such as Look at Mee, Lift Me Up, My Latin Boy, and It’s Pouring Men.
All of the couple’s horses run under the ‘GHR’ banner, which stands for Geri Horner Racing.
In the year 2023, they completed construction of a 14-stall equine facility (with two foaling stalls) at their residence in Oxfordshire, wrapping up their work there. However, this project attracted some displeasure from nearby residents.
Talking about his fondness for horse racing, Christin described it to The Telegraph as a “little dose of amusement” and acknowledged that it offered him an “escape from the chaos of F1.
Speaking from personal experience, my partner and I find ourselves in an exhilarating journey where we’re learning as we go. It’s not always about having all the answers; rather, it’s the shared enthusiasm and joy that make this venture truly rewarding for us as a family unit.
Apart from penning children’s and young adult novels since 2007, Geri is now making efforts to adapt her Rosie Frost series into a movie.

Recently, The Sun mentioned that she is engaged in discussions with film executives regarding a cinematic adaption of her novels, serving as a consultant.
As a devoted admirer of Geri’s work, I’ve recently learned that she’s held several talks with movie magnates over the course of the last month. The conversations have revolved around the possibility of adapting her beloved book trilogy into a feature film.
‘They see real promise in the stories and believe a movie adaptation is a real possibility.
If the agreement goes through, Geri will function as a consultant. She prefers not to participate in the film production itself, choosing instead to let the professionals handle it. However, this opportunity is certainly thrilling for her.
