Geri Halliwell-Horner and her newly unemployed husband Christian enjoy the Cornbury House Horse Trials after his Red Bull sacking

Geri Halliwell and her husband, Christian, who recently lost his job, looked happy and relaxed while attending the Cornbury horse trials.

Spice Girl Victoria Beckham, 53, and former Red Bull Racing team principal Christian Horner, 51, were among the guests at the Cornbury House Horse Trials in Oxfordshire on Sunday.

Oh my gosh, Cornbury House Horse Trials are BACK from September 10th to the 14th! I seriously can’t wait! It’s where all the up-and-coming horses and riders show off – they’re amazing at dressage, then they tackle the crazy cross-country course, and finish it all off with show jumping. It’s just… everything!

For the event, I went with a classic, comfortable look. I paired a sheer turtleneck with a vest over it, and finished the outfit with my go-to skinny jeans. It’s all about layering and keeping things chic and easy, you know?

Stepping away from her usual bright colors, Geri completed her outfit with a neutral trench coat, brown leather boots reaching her knees, and a tan fedora.

Christian looked sharp in a brown suede jacket, a white shirt, and light grey chinos.

Former Prime Minister David Cameron and his wife, Samantha, were also present on Sunday.

Okay, let’s talk style! I recently spotted a look I absolutely loved – Samantha was rocking a gorgeous sage green trench coat. She paired it with a flowy, navy skirt and a fun, patterned sweater. It’s such a chic and comfortable combination – perfect for transitioning between seasons. I’m all about pieces you can mix and match, and this outfit definitely delivers!

She finished her outfit with a pale grey Pashmina scarf, a leather bag, and worn boots.

As a lifestyle observer, I noticed Zara Tindall, Princess Anne’s equestrian daughter, keeping it cozy after a day with her horses. She was spotted in a lovely tan sweater – a perfect, relaxed look for after a ride!

A year after a scandal involving text messages he reportedly sent to a colleague, Christian has been relieved of his leadership role at Red Bull.

Red Bull announced that Christian Horner is stepping down from his day-to-day responsibilities with the team, effective today, July 9, 2025. Laurent Mekies will be taking over as the new CEO of Red Bull Racing.

After shocking accusations surfaced in the Formula One world last year, Geri remained supportive of her husband, Christian. He has strongly denied the allegations.

Just after an independent three-week investigation found him innocent of all claims, screenshots of supposed WhatsApp messages between Christian and someone at Red Bull were anonymously released.

Despite facing claims of controlling and forceful behavior towards a coworker, he was found to have done nothing wrong after two internal reviews.

During the scandal, his wife, Geri, urged him to resolve the situation, and he successfully kept it quiet for over a year.

As a lifestyle expert covering Formula 1, I’m hearing reports of a significant data leak. It seems a file – containing texts and images – was shared with a surprisingly wide circle, including those at the very top like Liberty Media, the team bosses, and members of the press. It’s a really concerning situation and we’re watching closely to see how it unfolds.

Christian was cleared of wrongdoing for a second time when the employee challenged the investigation’s results, and her appeal was successful.

An independent lawyer interviewed Christian for almost nine hours, it is understood.

The latest season of Netflix’s popular ‘Drive to Survive’ showed Christian Horner’s initial response when news broke about the leaked alleged text messages.

‘The higher you rise, the sharper the knives,’ he said.

Christian explained he felt he’d reached a peak in his career and never expected such a difficult situation. He described it as a critical period, noting that his role puts him as the public face of the company, and he had a choice: avoid the issue or confront it directly.

Geri received more bad news when she learned that her book company, Falcon Queen Productions, was £1 million in debt.

According to The Mirror, Geri Halliwell’s company experienced a loss of £750,000 in the year ending August 2024, which was higher than the £276,000 loss reported the year before.

The singer published her two children’s books, *Rosie Frost and the Falcon Queen* and *Rose Frost: Ice On Fire*, through her publisher.

I’ve been following her work for ages, and it’s amazing to see how successful she’s become! I just learned that her production company, Wonderful Productions, brought in £2.16 million in the year leading up to last August. It’s fantastic to see her creativity being rewarded!

Geri founded Wonderful Productions in 1997, while the Spice Girls were incredibly popular. The company manages income from her music career and other business ventures.

DailyMail contacted Geri’s representative for comment at the time.
