Georgia Tennant shared that she deeply loves and admires her husband, David, despite recently having to involve the police due to receiving disturbing death threats.
The 40-year-old actress publicly praised her 54-year-old husband after they both went to the BAFTA Scotland Awards on Sunday night.
She shared some photos of them together and wrote about 17 years of being with him, saying her favorite part is when they’re alone after everyone leaves, and she can finally relax with a drink.
Honestly, awards aside, seeing you succeed is the real victory. I think you’re amazing, DT (and especially great in a kilt!) Lots of love.
David and Georgia had to report to the police after receiving further disturbing threats of violence online, following a recent incident where someone offered money to have Georgia harmed.
Earlier this month, the actress shared screenshots on her Instagram Stories of hateful messages she received, which included being called a vile name and threatened with death.

Georgia, married to David Tennant since 2011 and mother to their five children, was identified in reports as his ex-wife.
She was subjected to harsh and hurtful abuse, being called ‘disgusting’ and told to go back to where she had come from.
Georgia shared screenshots of the messages and tagged both the Metropolitan Police and Instagram, hoping they would step in to help.
The actress and her husband have six children: Olive, age 14, Wilfred, 12, Doris, 10, and Birdie, 5. She also has a 23-year-old son named Ty from a previous relationship.
Georgia shared in September that she’s being stalked and someone even offered a reward online for her harm. She contacted Facebook and Mark Zuckerberg directly, asking them to intervene.
She showed an example of one of the threats she received, which stated: “Whoever kills Georgia Tennant will be rewarded by me.”
The actress recently posted a heartfelt message about her husband, celebrating 17 years together since they began dating.
Georgia shared a collection of photos from their time together and lovingly described her husband as kind, funny, and incredibly generous.

She playfully teased her husband after he didn’t win a BAFTA Television Award this weekend, even though he was nominated for his performance in the Disney+ series Rivals.
Georgia celebrated 17 years with her partner, expressing her joy and gratitude. She described them as kind, funny, and incredibly generous, playfully noting their lack of a BAFTA award, and declaring they are ‘the one’ for her.
Georgia and David met in 2008 while working on the BBC show Doctor Who. Georgia played the role of David’s character’s daughter, Jenny, who was genetically engineered. They got married three years later.
