Georgia Love posts heartbreaking tribute to late mother as ex-husband Lee Elliot enjoys luxury vineyard getaway

Georgia Love recently posted a heartfelt message remembering her mother, Belinda, who sadly died after a six-month fight with pancreatic cancer.

The Bachelorette star remembered her mother on Wednesday, the ninth anniversary of her death, by posting a touching photo of them together on Instagram.

She shared a photo of herself hugging her mother, writing that this year marked nine years without her and was the most difficult yet.

Fans flooded the post with well-wishes for Georgia as she faced the anniversary of her mum’s death.

Belinda passed away from pancreatic cancer in October 2016, shortly after turning sixty and just following the broadcast of the final episode of The Bachelorette.

As someone who really values connection, I always loved hearing about Georgia’s bond with her mum. She’s shared how incredibly close they were – she often described her mum as her best friend, and it’s so clear she misses her deeply, every single day. It’s a beautiful reminder to cherish those special relationships.

This follows a recent Instagram post by Georgia’s ex-husband, Lee Elliot, who she met on The Bachelorette in 2016. He shared photos of a trip to a vineyard in Red Hill on Tuesday.

The reality TV star beamed as he walked among the grapevines, enjoying a glass of red wine.

Other snaps showed Lee enjoying a meal at The Dining Room and checking out the wines on offer.

He described the wine as rich, complex, and harmonious, noting it was also improving with age. He jokingly added, ‘And it tastes pretty good too!’ in the caption.

Lee and Georgia, who were married for four years, broke the news of their separation in February.

After nine years together, four of which we spent as a married couple, we’ve decided to separate.

We’ve shared something truly special, and I’ll always treasure the loving memories and happy times we’ve had together.

We’re still friends and kindly ask for privacy as we adjust to this change. We appreciate your understanding.

Rumours of a split had swirled for some time, as it had been months since they were seen together.

Georgia and Lee celebrated Christmas separately with their families. Afterwards, Georgia traveled to New York City for a vacation without him.

Both of them were seen without their wedding rings, leading many online to believe they had split up.
