I’m so impressed with Georgia Kousoulou! She shared a photo on Instagram and revealed she’s lost a fantastic three stone since having her little girl, Gigi. And wow, her abs look amazing – she’s clearly been working hard!
The 34-year-old former star of the reality show TOWIE, who has denied using weight loss injections, recently shared a video showing off her toned abs. She credited a favorite beauty product with helping to fade her stretch marks.
Georgia and her husband Tommy Mallet welcomed their daughter, Gigi, in 2024, following a successful IVF journey. This came a year after they sadly experienced a miscarriage.
The mom, who has two children, showed off her toned physique in a crop top on Instagram. She posted a video explaining how Bio-Oil helped reduce the appearance of her stretch marks.
Georgia, a mom to four-year-old Brody, shared with her followers that she’d been using Bio-Oil. She started applying it to her breasts and scars, then her stomach. Her husband, Tommy, noticed a difference, telling her, “Wow, your stomach is so firm now!”
Let me share a bit about my journey! After having my son, Brody, I unfortunately experienced a loss, which was incredibly difficult. We then decided to try IVF, and my body went through a lot of changes – expanding and contracting as we hoped for the best. Thankfully, we welcomed our daughter, Gigi, and after she arrived, I managed to lose around three stone. It’s been a rollercoaster, but I’m embracing every chapter!
I exercise quite a bit, including Pilates, but after having kids, my skin developed a lot of stretch marks and felt very loose.
She turned to face the camera, revealing her stomach, and said, ‘I want to show you how much firmer my skin feels now…’
I do have stretch marks, but they’re much less noticeable now, and my skin feels tighter. It’s not just Pilates that’s made that happen!
Georgia continued, saying that while her skin isn’t flawless, she’s proud of her two children and the fact that she’s had two C-sections. She feels it’s important to acknowledge and celebrate positive achievements, especially after going through significant life events.
This follows Georgia’s recent denial of rumors that she used weight-loss injections to get in shape.
I was so glad to see her address all the rumors back in July! She actually responded to a comment on her own post and finally shared exactly how she lost all that weight – it was so refreshing to hear the truth straight from her.
‘Oh the comments,’ she said, complete with a laughing face emoji.
Georgia went on: ‘People hate to see it because they can’t imagine doing the hard work themselves.
‘3 stone I have lost in 8 months. On average the maximum I have lost a week is about 1&half 2lbs.
That’s not just a quick workout; it’s intense exercise requiring complete control and dedication! And, to top it off, a wedding is providing extra motivation!
She clarified that she wasn’t opposed to the vaccine at all. While she considered it, she decided to try something she’d done many times before first.
Oh my gosh, I just heard the news about her! Apparently, she’s finally getting her breast implants taken out! A doctor found that one of them had actually ruptured, can you believe it? I’m so worried about her, but also, I respect her so much for making this decision. It’s just…a lot to process, you know?
Georgia shared on Paul C. Brunson’s ‘We Need To Talk’ podcast that she visited a doctor after discovering a lump.
Although the growth wasn’t cancerous, the doctor found that one of her implants was broken and needs to be taken out soon.
She recalled the doctor saying, “Everything looks fine with this lump.” She was incredibly relieved, saying she thought, “Oh thank goodness!” Then the doctor said he wanted to check the other side. While scanning it, he pointed something out, asking, “Do you see that?” She asked what it was, and he explained that her implant had broken.
He pointed out that something wasn’t right and told me I needed to remove it.
He said the cancer hadn’t spread to the lymph nodes, which is a positive sign, but he cautioned that implants can sometimes leak. He advised her to have them removed as soon as she returned home.
I recently received a recommendation for a surgeon in London, so I went to see him. He was very kind and immediately asked why I hadn’t been experiencing pain.
I admitted I’d been experiencing some pain, but explained I’ve had a lot going on lately. The past two years have been incredibly busy – with a new baby, IVF treatments, and getting married – and I just haven’t focused on it.
He told me I wasn’t allowed to do something and needed to remove those items. So, I’m taking them out now. I believe a current issue with implants is that they can hide underlying problems if someone chooses to get them.
She added that getting surgery is a personal choice. If it will boost your confidence and make you happier, she sees no reason not to consider it.
If it’s a safe procedure and you trust your doctor, there’s no reason anyone should stop you from doing it. Ultimately, it’s your decision and your life.
Georgia encouraged anyone who is considering a boob job to make sure to ‘get them checked’.
She explained that anyone with an implant needs to have a scan, as a scan is the only way to know for sure if there are any issues.
I wouldn’t have realized they were damaged if I hadn’t checked. I’m so glad I did!
