Georgia Harrison teases new reality show with boyfriend Jack Stacey as they prepare to welcome their first child

Georgia Harrison from Love Island hinted that she and her boyfriend, Jack Stacey, might be starring in a new reality TV show.

The 30-year-old reality star is expecting her first baby with Jack, whom she started dating last year.

Georgia has been in the public eye ever since her appearance on Love Island in 2017, but her partner prefers to keep a low profile with a regular job.

Even though their lives are quite different, she thinks they would still make a fantastic reality TV show together.

The couple, after meeting through a dating app, quickly fell in love and announced they are expecting a baby in April – less than a year after they first connected.

Oh my gosh, you guys, Georgia just *said* she wants to do a reality show all about being a mom! I nearly died when I read it in The Sun. Can you imagine?! It would be AMAZING! Seriously, I’m already planning my viewing parties. She’d be so good at it, and I need this in my life!

Georgia spoke at an event for expectant mothers in cl, organized by AnuSol Peach Playtime, and mentioned, ‘I’ve been very open on TV about the more challenging times in my life.’

You know, as someone who’s always sharing tips on living your best life, I’ve realized I want to share *my* best life too. I’d absolutely love to document this chapter – finally finding real happiness, becoming a mom, and genuinely enjoying everything. It feels like the most authentic story I could tell, and I think it’s something a lot of people can relate to.

Georgia acknowledged that if a reality TV show were to happen, filming would need to take place at a later date.

She admitted she’s still unsure what being a parent will be like. And she emphasized that filming a TV show is much more challenging than people realize.

‘It’s not just like a camera pops in for an hour. You are filming like 10 to 12 hours a day.’

Since Jack doesn’t know much about reality TV, Georgia explained that she needs to be okay with both of them being in the public eye.

She explained that his feelings are important too, because ultimately you want to ensure this strengthens your connection.

‘But then look at Greg and Billie. They do so well doing their show.’

Georgia explained that she admired couples in the public eye who seemed relatable, particularly because, like her, Billie also worked in television.

‘And then Greg’s just like a really funny, charming sort of businessman that got involved.’

Georgia recently shared the firm parenting rule she intends to follow with her child, explaining it comes from a difficult experience she had growing up.

Georgia has decided to delay giving her child a phone or access to the internet, a decision influenced by her own experience as a victim of revenge porn perpetrated by her former partner, Stephen Bear.

In March 2023, a former contestant on the show ‘Bear’ in Georgia was sentenced to 21 months in prison after being convicted of voyeurism and sharing private sexual photos and videos. He was released from prison in January 2024.

Georgia now actively supports people affected by revenge porn. She shared her views on internet safety and her efforts to combat sexism with The Sun newspaper.

She said: ‘I’ll do my best in the household just to try and educate them the most I can.

I’m hopeful that when my children are older, schools will be addressing these issues. I also hope the law will be updated to better protect kids online and limit their access to social media.

I’m aware Australia is already taking steps in this direction, but I believe things would improve significantly if children didn’t use social media until they’re around 16 years old.

Georgia mentioned singer Robbie Williams, who has said he plans to delay giving his children phones until they’re older. She added that she and Jack are considering doing the same.

She added that she doesn’t want her children to be ‘exposed’ to content that promotes misogyny.

This isn’t the only boundary Georgia plans to set for her child.

She announced in June that she wouldn’t allow anyone – even loved ones – to kiss her new baby. This decision was made because she was worried about the herpes virus, which is sometimes called ‘kissing disease’.

I was really heartbroken to see Georgia share a reel about her baby who sadly passed away from the virus. She posted it with a message that, while direct, I completely understood. She said, basically, ‘Please don’t be upset if I need some space right now.’ It’s so raw and honest, and I can only imagine how difficult this time is for her.

A baby can catch the virus that causes cold sores if someone who has one kisses them, and this can be very dangerous, even deadly.
