George Clooney’s Hair Transformation: Will Amal and the Kids Approve?
Last month, George Clooney expressed concerns about his family not liking his latest hairstyle, as he garnered some attention with the fresh cut during a recent outing in New York City.
63-year-old actor George Clooney was seen having lunch with his wife, Amal Clooney, and he caught everyone’s attention by sporting a fresh, brown-dyed hairstyle.
For his upcoming Broadway premiere in “Good Night, And Good Luck,” which is a stage adaption of the 2005 movie he had written, directed, and starred in earlier, he has chosen to dye his hair.
Last month, George expected that his family might not embrace or appreciate the change in his looks as much as he had hoped.
Amal and George share twins Alexander and Ella, seven.
In that interview with The New York Times in February, George mentioned, ‘My wife won’t like it as nothing ages a person more than a man of my age dying his hair.’

‘My kids are going to just laugh at me nonstop.’
In the upcoming series, the actor adopts the role of CBS journalist Edward R. Murrow, requiring him to conceal his natural salt-and-pepper hair with a dark brown colorant.
It seems like George might have recently colored his hair, since he was seen sporting his classic silver locks just a month ago in New York City, but he donned a hat during that particular outing.
In the new play, the actor and filmmaker will be starring as the legendary journalist Edward.
In the 2005 movie he starred in, David Strathairn held the primary character, whereas Clooney assumed a secondary role as CBS President Fred Friendly; moreover, he was involved in the production work behind the scenes.
The film, set in monochrome, primarily centered around Edward R. Murrow’s investigations into Senator Joseph McCarthy’s baseless accusations of communist influence within the U.S. administration.
This incident resulted in a heated argument between the two gentlemen, which unfolded on Murrow’s CBS broadcast before the senator faced embarrassment during the Army-McCarthy hearings and was later reprimanded by the Senate.

The main cast was graced by the presence of Robert Downey Jr., Jeff Daniels, Patricia Clarkson, Frank Langella, and Ray Wise from Twin Peaks.
George Clooney’s movie was a massive success at the theater, raking in $54.6 million while only costing $7 million to produce. It received six Academy Award nominations, but unfortunately didn’t win any statuettes.
Besides making his Broadway debut as the main character in Good Night, And Good Luck, Clooney also has an upcoming high-profile movie project on the horizon.
He is about to take on a role in the cast for the movie dramedy titled “Jay Kelly,” which will be his debut film performance under the direction of screenwriter Noah Baumbach, who also contributed to the script for “Barbie.
George Clooney is set to join an extensive ensemble cast, comprising stars such as Adam Sandler, Laura Dern, Billy Crudup, Riley Keough, Jim Broadbent, the partner of director Noah Baumbach, Greta Gerwig, and Emily Mortimer. Together with Baumbach, these actors have collaborated on the scriptwriting for this project.

Information on the upcoming Netflix movie isn’t extensive yet, but it seems to be a story about growing up.
Although Netflix hasn’t shared its specific release plan for the remainder of the year yet, it’s worth noting that in the past, Baumbach’s movies have had a limited cinema premiere before they became available on Netflix.
Before collaborating with Greta Gerwig on the project “Barbie”, Noah Baumbach previously wrote and directed movies. These include an adaptation of Don DeLillo’s novel called “White Noise”, as well as the Academy Award-winning film “Marriage Story” and a series titled “The Meyerowitz Stories” for Netflix.
