In an amusing promotional video, the cast revealed the upcoming news, and it was met with widespread enthusiasm among fans, many expressing shock at how soon the next set of episodes would be released after the initial airing.
One fan expressed enthusiasm, saying, “I’m thrilled to learn this news. It seems things are moving swiftly, and that’s great.” Another fan exclaimed, “Thank goodness! Yes! And four days after my birthday, it’s like an amazing present!
One viewer exclaimed, “Season 2 before GTA 6 is fantastic!” Another agreed, “It seems this series can release new seasons swiftly while others take their time. Well then!” The speed of production was also acknowledged elsewhere, with one user posting, “Yippee! And they’re not making us wait until 2026 either. Thank you!
In the preview, Timothy Simons and Jackie Tohn were shown alongside Brody, Bell, and Lupe as they engaged in a series of interrogations using a Magic 8 Ball. The sneak peek hinted at the possibility that Lupe’s character might experience romance for the first time.
As the character Sasha’s spouse in Simon’s game, I was asked about Morgan’s bond with my character and the Magic 8 Ball hinted that many players were hoping for forgiveness between me and my on-screen husband.
Earlier on, Simon had talked about his character’s relationship with Morgan. However, the actor made it clear that the idea of their characters becoming romantically involved was unlikely, as he put it: “It wouldn’t be amusing to disrupt a family dynamic, so I believe if there was any chance, they would likely squash that notion.
However, one point from our conversation is worth mentioning: there seems to be some sort of bond between those two characters, whether it develops into romance or not. It adds an element of intrigue, and it’s exciting to ponder what their relationship might turn out to be. Whether they end up as friends or more, I can’t say for sure. The writers are keeping that part a secret!
Nobody Wants This season 2 premieres on Netflix on 23 October.
