Genshin leaks suggest that Xiangling, Bennett powercreep is imminent

As a seasoned gamer with countless hours spent in the mystical world of Teyvat, I must say that the recent leaks about Mavuika and Xbalanque causing Xiangling and Bennett’s falloff has left me intrigued and slightly apprehensive.

The national team could potentially see improvements, as Mavuika and Xbalanque may outshine or surpass Xiangling and Bennett in their performance.

It appears that the lengthy rule of Xiangling and Bennett as popular mainstays in Genshin Impact may soon be challenged, hinted by recent rumors. The potential game-changers? Characters from the Natlan region, specifically Mavuika and Xbalanque.

Keep in mind, the following details might not originate from official channels, so they should be viewed with some skepticism.

Mavuika and Xbalanque in Genshin Impact

In the forthcoming regions of Natlan within Genshin Impact, it is possible that the new characters, Mavuika and Xbalanque, could surpass or outshine Xiangling and Bennett due to their impressive backgrounds and potential for strong in-game abilities.

Mavuika is Xiangling improved?

Initially introduced in the Natlan teaser, Mavuika has sparked speculation among fans about her being the Pyro Archon. Rumors by leaker White suggest she’ll function primarily as a sub-DPS character within the game. Intriguingly, it’s been hinted that Mavuika is an enhanced version of Xiangling in the gameplay dynamics.

Historically, the playable versions of the Archons in Genshin Impact have typically served more as supportive characters rather than primary damagers at level 1 (C0). It’s not surprising that Mavuika is classified as a sub-DPS when we consider characters like Furina and Raiden who consistently deal substantial damage.

Is Bennett’s adventure over with Xbalanque?

Xbalanque, conversely, is enveloped in an air of secrecy. Their appearances in the game are sparse, with the significant reference being made by Neuvillette during her introduction.

Given their apparent connection, it’s plausible that Xbalanque is indeed the Fire Emperor. In terms of gameplay, though, this character would likely function as a supportive role, boosting the attack power of the entire squad.

Although Bennett isn’t exclusive to having this trait among all characters in Genshin Impact, many players have come to the consensus that he stands out due to his healing abilities and ease of use. However, it’s premature to make a balanced comparison until we gain more information about Xbalanque, which could be revealed as we delve into Natlan starting from version 5.0 of Genshin Impact.

Even if character Xbalanke surpasses Bennett in power within Genshin Impact, Bennett’s journey doesn’t conclude immediately. According to Genshin_Intel, both new and seasoned players will receive Bennett for free as a reward for completing a World Quest.
