Genshin Impact to raise system requirements to enhance performance

In upcoming editions of Genshin Impact, we’re planning to boost the minimum and suggested hardware requirements for a more seamless gaming experience. Beyond this point, it’s important to note that the game is phasing out support for PS4 in a three-step process. Firstly, the game will disappear from the PlayStation Store on PS4 as of September 10, 2025. If you’ve previously downloaded the game, you can still access it through your library, but you won’t be able to download it freshly after this date.

Then, on April 8, 2026, the full update discontinuation takes effect. This means that after April, you won’t be able to log in or receive updates on your PS4. However, don’t worry about losing your progress! You can continue where you left off on PS5 or any other supported platforms. Enjoy the game while we still can!
