Nefer is a brand-new, powerful character in Genshin Impact, introduced in Version 6.1. She’s a Dendro catalyst user who excels at dealing massive damage with her charged attacks, specifically through lunar blooms. Originally from Sumeru, she now resides in Nod Krai and has the unique ability to raise her team’s Moonsign level by one.

Genshin Impact Nefer Build Guide: Kit Explained

Neffer is a powerful Dendro character who excels at dealing damage to multiple enemies. Her Elemental Burst creates widespread Dendro damage, and her charged attack, Lunar Bloom, is incredibly strong.

When Nefer uses her elemental skill, she enters a state called Shadow Dance and fires a powerful charge attack that deals Lunar Bloom damage. While in this state, she creates Seeds of Deceit instead of Dendro Cores. Using her charge attack consumes these Seeds, granting her Veil of Falsehood, which boosts both her charge attack and elemental burst damage.

Once you’ve used Nefer’s ability, you can perform her powerful charge attack up to three times as long as your team has collected three Verdant Dew. You obtain Verdant Dew by triggering lunar reactions in battle.

Nefer is a complicated character to learn, but she can deal a lot of damage once you get the hang of her abilities. This makes challenging end-game content, such as the Imaginarium Theatre, Spiral Abyss, and Stygian Onslaught, much easier to complete.

C2Nefer Veil of Falsehood state duration will be increased by 5 seconds, and increase stack limit from 3 to 5. Her elemental skill damage will be increased by 140% and when her Veil of Falsehood reaches 5 stacks, she will get 200 em. C2 gives her a huge buff, so if you want to make your Nefer strong, but don’t want to c6 her, then you can stop here and save resources for other characters.
C3Nefer’s elemental skill level will be increased by +3
C4This constellation increases Verdant Dew generation by 25% and also reduces nearby enemies’ Dendro res by 20%, but you have to stay near enemies; otherwise, res shred will be removed. Useful but not necessary.
C5Nefer’s elemental burst level will be increased by +3
C6After using her elemental skill, she will deal an extra 85% AoE Dendro damage based on her elemental mastery.Her burst damage will also increase by 120% based on her elemental mastery. If your team has 2 or more Nod krai characters, then Nefer Lunar Bloom damage will be increased by 15%. Like her C2 constellation, this constellation will significantly increase her damage.

Nefer is already very strong at her base form (C0), but if you don’t have Lauma, getting her C1 is a good option. Her C2 provides a significant damage boost, though further constellations offer less impactful improvements.

Tome of the Eternal Flow (5*)It’s Neuvillette’s signature weapon. But if you use Furina with Nefer, you can use this weapon 42% charge attack damage buff, and this weapon also gives 88.2% crit damage.
Dawning Frost (4*)If you get this weapon from the weapon banner, it’s the best 4* weapon you can expect for Nefer, and if you get this weapon R5 then you can get 250 em from weapon passive.
Blackmarrow Lantern (4*)If you get this weapon from the weapon banner, it’s the best 4* weapon you can expect for Nefer, and if you get this weapon R5, then you can get 250 em from weapon passive.

Premium Team

Nefer performs best with her strongest team. With this setup, she can consistently deal over 200,000 damage without needing any external boosts like food or domain effects.

Lauma will be our primary damage support, weakening enemies to Dendro attacks by 25%, boosting the critical hit rate of Lunar Blooms by 10%, and enhancing our team’s overall Lunar Bloom reaction with her elemental burst. Nahida will serve as our second damage support, providing an elemental mastery (EM) boost and increasing our overall damage by 20% with her burst. With her constellation C6 unlocked, Aino will further increase our team’s EM by 80 and add a 35% bonus to Lunar Bloom damage.

I’m seriously impressed with this team! They’re playing amazingly well even without the original Nefer team. What’s really cool is you don’t need to spend a ton of money to make them strong. Even with support characters at level 60, you can dish out some serious damage – it’s fantastic!

The Aino set, called Silken Moon Serenade, increases Elemental Mastery by 120 and adds a 10% bonus to Lunar damage. Sucrose, equipped with the Instructor set, also provides a 120 Elemental Mastery buff, and her passive ability can further increase it by 20% based on her own Elemental Mastery. I suggest using a healer who can also apply Dendro from off-field, such as Yaoyao or Baizhu.
