The “Iktomi Spiritseeking Scrolls” event within Genshin Impact is the main event introduced during the Version 5.2 Update. Throughout this event, players will participate in three distinct types of challenges, including battles, puzzle-solving, and player versus player games. This guide provides information on how to unlock the Event, explains its mechanics, provides dates for its release, and outlines the rewards available.

The event will transpire from November 28th, 2024 at 8:00 UTC up until December 16th, 2024 at 1:59 UTC. To participate, players must have an Adventure Rank of 20 or higher and have completed the Archon Quest Prologue: Act III, Song of the Dragon, and Freedom. For a more immersive story experience within the Event, it is suggested that players also finish Archon Quest Chapter V: Act IV “The Rainbow Destined To Burn”.

At the gathering, you’ll find three distinct gameplay experiences: “Seeking the Misplaced Specters,” “Banishing the Wicked,” and “Reuniting the Shattered Documents.” Finishing Day 1 in all three game modes will award players a complimentary 4-star unique sword named “Calamity of Eshu“.

Search for Lost Spirits

In this cooperative mode, players must team up with three others to tackle the challenges. The objective is to accumulate as many points as you can to meet the criteria for rewards by collecting the elusive Roaming Spirits. These spirits tend to evade nearby players. As you advance through the stages, you’ll encounter various gameplay modes like the enchanting Splendiferous Spirithub, the challenging Shackle Stones, and the intense Driving Storm.

During the game, you’ll find certain boosts that enhance your movement speed, stamina, and so forth. As you accumulate these buffs, the Spiritcall Value (the meter at the top of your screen) will gradually increase. Once it is fully charged, a Spiritcall Event will occur, drawing nearby spirits towards you rather than pushing them away.

Evil Banisher

In this gameplay mode, players engage multiple foes within a specific time limit to accumulate points. By achieving stage goals (such as causing Swirl reactions), players can acquire temporary boosts. Upon meeting these conditions, a Spiritsoul Purge occurs, with the active character dishing out area-of-effect damage. Strategize your teams according to the objectives’ buffs and aim for maximum points to earn rewards.

Restoring Fragmented Records

In the final game, I found myself arranging puzzle pieces in a particular arrangement and positioning within an area to match the given image specifications. Here are some of the ways I managed to solve these brain-teasers:
