As the Lunar New Year approaches in Asia, Genshin Impact recently held a livestream titled “Moonlight Amidst Dreams”. Remember to gather all your codes and stay updated with the latest announcements regarding the upcoming game version.

Genshin Impact 5.4 stream primogem codes

Once again, the Genshin Impact developers have made available three redemption codes. You can grab these either via their official site or directly within the game. Remember to use them quickly as they’ll become invalid approximately 12 hours following the live broadcast.

Characters announcements and reruns

Yumemizuki Mizuki 

The initial significant revelation was about the return of characters from Inazuma, signaled by the appearance of Yumemizuki Mizuki. Although her name may pose a challenge for some, she is set to debut in Genshin Impact, boasting captivating visuals. As an anemo character, she is speculated to be a 5-star and a catalyst user.

Mizuki is a long-time friend of Yae Miko. You’ll have a chance to learn more about Mizuki when her story quest becomes available in version 5.4. If you finish Mizuki’s quest immediately upon its release, you can gather additional materials for her Ascension process.

For the voice talents behind Yumemizuki Mizuki, in English, we have Naomi McDonald, who also voices Yinlin from Wuthering Waves, and in Japanese, Aizawa Saya, a well-known figure for her numerous roles in popular anime series.

In the conclusion of version 5.5, Mizuki will join the standard summoning banner. Don’t worry if you miss her during this run; there will be opportunities later on to summon her!

Sigewinne rerun

Together with Mizuki, Sigewinne is making her return in the latest update (version 5.4). If you didn’t get a chance to play her during her first run, this is your opportunity!

Second Phase: Furina and Wriothesley rerun

During the next stage, the fan-favorite character Furina reappears in our game. Whether you’re welcoming her for the first time or aiming for your C6, Furina will join forces with Wriothesley. It’s a good idea to start saving your wish tokens!

Enchanted Tales of the Mikawa Festival

Presented by Yae Publishing House and Aisa Bathhouse, the inaugural Enchanted Tales of the Mikawa Festival is set to be the premier event in the upcoming version, kicking off at the base of Mt. Yougou on Valentine’s Day, February 14th. It has been two years since the festival last took place, and this time promises to be even more exciting! Participants stand a chance to win valuable materials, primogems, an exclusive new weapon, and weapon refinement materials. The event will feature numerous mini-games for players to enjoy.

Travelers’s Tales: Anthology Chapter

During this occasion, you’ll come across numerous famous personalities scattered throughout Teyvat. Assist them in finishing stories to earn prizes, and don’t fret! Whenever there’s information about one of our associates, their story icon will show up on the map for easy navigation. This event is relaxed, so you can enjoy spending time with characters that you’ll get to know better over time.

Realm of Tempered Valor

In the thrilling world of Genshin Impact, here’s where I get to unleash my battle strategies! The next 30 seconds are yours to sweep the arena and then proceed to the next challenge. You can opt for a solo adventure or team up with friends in this cooperative mode. It’s the perfect opportunity to put your unique character builds to the test! If you manage to conquer a specific level, you’ll be rewarded with an exclusive name card – a trophy worthy of any dedicated player!

Invasive Fish Wrangler

A strange character surfaces in Fontaine, claiming that foreign fish species have contaminated its waters. In the “Fish Invader Roundup” event, you’ll collaborate with this person to tackle the issue. This is another opportunity for you to join forces with your friends and either cooperate or compete against each other.

Reel Ad-Venture

A well-known character will appear in Genshin Impact’s version 5.4. Filmmaker Xavier requires your assistance to create and edit a commercial for him. All you need to do is think outside the box and bring your creative ideas to life, making it intriguing!

Just like previous updates, the Ley Line Overflow event is scheduled for the next release. Make sure to log in if you want to accumulate more mora or character experience points.

Updates and Optimizations

Keys and Story Quests

In the upcoming update, players won’t require keys to start Story Quests. So, once the 5.4 version is released, if you wish to embark on any four-star or five-star quest, you won’t need a key to do so.

TCG

As an excited fan, I’m thrilled to share that on TCG, the captivating feature of Automatic Artistry is making its comeback in Heated Battle Mode! Prepare yourselves, fellow travelers, for fresh characters and enthralling monster cards are on their way. Additionally, the revamped Automatic Artistry will now include a “Concede” button, allowing you to restart a match if it seems unfavorable, ensuring a more engaging gaming experience.

Crafting Bench

In version 5.1, a calculator tool was incorporated into the Crafting Bench for your convenience while enhancing items. But, our developers believed there were further enhancements needed. In version 5.4, they’re planning some significant improvements and tweaks to make your experience even smoother.

In the Training Guide, you’ll find the option to create Level-Up Plans for your characters. To do this, simply define your level-up objectives, and the system will show you the necessary materials scattered across your map. Moreover, notifications about the required materials will also appear in several crucial interfaces such as the Adventurer Handbook, Domin entrances, and the Domain completion screen. By clicking on a material, you can track your progress.

Besides optimizations becoming more user-friendly, you won’t have to switch screens anymore to find your resin. Instead, it will be moved up to the top of your interface for easy access.

Weapon system

In the latest update, version 5.4, I’m excited about the new feature that allows me to filter secondary attributes in Genshin Impact. This will make it easier for me when I’m not sure which weapon suits my characters best. Plus, there’s a handy “auto add” button now on the weapon enhancement screen, so leveling up weapons should be smoother than ever!
