Gemma Collins looked chic as she cosied up to her fiancé Rami Hawash at Wimbledon on Wednesday. 

The television host, aged 44, who’s just shed an impressive 14 pounds, donned a cream satin dress adorned with flowers.

She teamed her outfit with pair of two-tone sling back heels and a black wide brimmed straw hat. 

Gemma and Rami took pictures outside the center court, enjoying a drink from their glasses of Pimm’s, then proceeded to go indoors.

Rami looked smart in a blue blazer which he paired with a shirt and smart white trousers. 

On the third day of the Wimbledon Championships, they linked up with several well-known figures, eagerly anticipating Emma Raducanu’s match against Marketa Vondrousova, the 2023 champion.

After the individual asserted that she was helping the National Health Service (NHS) by using Mounjaro, following a significant weight loss of approximately two stones, which she described as life-altering.

According to Gemma, she won’t have to visit the NHS due to obesity-related issues anymore, as she’s receiving assistance from medication.

In January, she disclosed that she had been using the NHS-approved Mounjaro injections, leaving her fans amazed by her remarkable change.

She shared with The Mirror, “I’ve shed pounds that are hard to comprehend. The only method that has worked for me in losing weight is one that doesn’t require strict dieting and the added stress.

I believe my lifestyle choices might indirectly help the NHS by reducing its potential burden. Since I’m making efforts to avoid obesity-related health issues, I won’t be adding stress to their workload. It feels great to live this way, darling.

At the start of this month, Gemma created quite an impression while wearing a white bandeau swimsuit. In a captivating pose, she placed one hand on her hip for a truly breathtaking photograph.

She basked in the sunrays, playfully commenting that she was effectively ‘out of reach’ and ‘inaccessible’ during her vacation’s delightful moments.

Gemma posed against a gorgeous holiday backdrop of the sea and palm trees at a beach club.

Yet, this unfolded shortly after Gemma found herself shocked upon learning an unexpected consequence related to her weight loss injections.

Gemma expressed worry that her recent weight loss might be making her appear ‘more mature’ or ‘older’, as evidenced by a sincere Instagram post this week where she highlighted the noticeable lines around her eyes, which she referred to as deeply pronounced ‘crow’s feet’.

She admitted, “I’m completely baffled about the change that’s occurred in me; honestly, I can’t explain it. It seems to have happened suddenly. However, it’s been a year since I made any minor adjustments or enhancements.

It’s unclear if it’s because I’ve been shedding pounds, but I haven’t developed an “Ozempic face” so far. If I did, it would be fantastic at this moment.

Over the years, I’ve had a more rounded face, which you’re familiar with. I appreciate the character my eyes express. I still want to maintain a natural look. However, something has gone wrong recently – this isn’t what I expected. Despite being 44 years old, I didn’t foresee it reaching such extremes.

‘Facial alterations referred to as ‘Ozempic face’ are observed when there’s a significant reduction in body weight, which may be linked to treatments such as Ozempic. These changes might include skin slackening and a more hollow or thin appearance.’

She’s been eating very nutritiously and has managed to kick some unhealthy food habits. It came as quite a surprise to her when she noticed how significant the impact of weight loss was on her facial appearance.

‘She’s conscious about not appearing to age prematurely, thus she takes care and is truthful regarding this matter. Throughout the years, Gemma has consistently been forthright about her personal relationship with her body, having faced challenging periods related to it. However, those struggles are now part of her history.’

Instead of saying: ‘The wrinkle treatments are all a part of her desire to both feel and appear at her best. She understands that it’s not worth losing all the weight if it only leads to unhappiness, so she embraces small adjustments to maintain her well-being.’
