On Friday evening, Gemma Collins disclosed that she needed to summon an ambulance for her fiancé Rami Hawash, and expressed gratitude towards the paramedics for their assistance.
Previously known “TOWIE” star, aged 43, shared via her Instagram Stories on a Saturday that the entrepreneur, 50, had become unwell.
She posted a photo of Rami reclining on the couch, connected to a medical device, while two paramedics stood nearby.
I’d like to express my gratitude to the outstanding ambulance team who assisted Rami last night. Fortunately, he is expected to recover well.

Instantly, Gemma appeared elegant, bundled up in a plush blue coat, paired with a cream sweater dress and a coordinating beret.
Rami also dressed for the weather in a padded jacket, waterproof black trousers and green wellies.

After experiencing a health emergency in October, followed by an unexpected hospitalization, Gemma asserted that she narrowly escaped death due to a wasp sting during her vacation in Venice.
On the Real Housewives show, she found it hard to talk because her tongue had swollen due to an allergy, prompting Rami to dial 911 for an emergency ambulance.
In February, a businessman recorded an alarming event occurring with the reality TV star, as she endured having ice applied to her tongue before receiving medical attention.
In the video, a visibly emotional Gemma shared that they were in an Italian city for their upcoming wedding preparations. However, during their outdoor dinner, she got stung.
Gemma mentioned that she’s sipping her coffee right now, but as she does, she feels a sudden, unusual pain on her tongue – something that seems to happen only to her.
‘My tongue is rapidly swelling, which suggests I might soon lose consciousness. However, help is on the way – an ambulance is en route. I’ll receive medication to prevent my death today.’
The emergency response boat arrived near the water, and Gemma was evaluated and connected to an intravenous drip before being transported by the boat to the hospital.
