Gemma Collins displayed her weight loss in a revealing swimsuit on Instagram this Monday.
The 44-year-old reality star has been sharing her weight loss progress with fans, having recently gone from a size 26 to a size 20.
The celebrity shared that she lost weight in only three months using Mounjaro injections.
Gemma shared a recent photo from her London vacation, showcasing a brown and white swimsuit decorated with gold starfish as she enjoyed time by the pool.
She shared a post about enjoying a relaxing January getaway at her favorite London hotel, the Jumeirah Carlton Tower. She’s focusing on rest, recovery, and staying hydrated, and is also dreaming of launching her own swimwear line in 2026.
Gemma shared that she’s started taking very small doses of Mounjaro, a medication originally used for weight loss, because she was worried about experiencing severe health problems as a side effect.
The reality TV star recently told the Daily Mail she suffered a gallbladder attack in August, causing her to collapse from pain.
Gemma has lost weight – dropping from a size 26 to a size 20 and losing 3.5 stone – since starting a medication. She had stopped taking it for a while, but has now resumed.
Gemma explained to The Mirror that she paused her Mounjaro injections temporarily after experiencing a gallbladder attack in August. However, doctors have confirmed the two issues aren’t related.
I’ve been taking it easy and watching my diet. I’m considering trying microdosing because it seems like it doesn’t have the same strong side effects as a regular dose.
Gemma gradually increased her medication, starting with 2.5mg and eventually reaching a weekly dose of 15mg.
But she now confirmed she will be sticking to the 2.5mg dosage as that was her favourite amount.
She described the medication as ‘life-changing,’ explaining that she’s lost around three and a half stone and managed to keep the weight off. She feels much better overall and emphasized that she doesn’t want to be very thin, as that’s not her goal. Instead, she’s focused on improving her health, and she feels like she’s making good progress.
She wants to lose a total of 6 stone, but she’s planning to do it gradually and isn’t aiming for a quick fix.
It comes after Gemma confirmed she and fiancé Rami Hawash will have a baby and get married in 2026.
The reality TV star, who has publicly shared her struggles with getting pregnant, posted on Instagram while enjoying a last glass of champagne before becoming a mother, as she celebrated the New Year.
Gemma, the stepmother to her fiancé Rami’s seven-year-old son Tristan, looked stunning as she and Rami attended a gathering with friends like DJ Fat Tony at the luxurious Ned hotel in London.
She shared a series of photos and announced some exciting news: she’s getting married this year and is also expecting a baby! She captioned the photos about having a wonderful New Year’s Eve with loved ones, and mentioned that the last glass of champagne was a celebration before she starts planning the wedding.

Gemma and Rami have been engaged since 2024, and Gemma has openly discussed her desire to become a mother. She has previously revealed that she experienced multiple miscarriages and was once advised to end a pregnancy involving a baby with intersex traits.
The TV star has said she and her fiancé, Rami, were looking into surrogacy after having trouble getting pregnant naturally. She’s also mentioned considering fostering, inspired by her own mother’s experience being fostered as a child.
She has low levels of AMH, indicating a limited egg supply, and also has polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), a condition that impacts her ovaries.
Gemma and her fiancé, Rami, have shared that they’re planning not one, but three wedding celebrations!
She’s planning three wedding celebrations: a large one in the UK, another overseas, and a smaller, more intimate event for close family and friends.
Staying true to her glamorous reputation, she also revealed she’s planning on wearing multiple wedding dresses for the various celebrations.
