This year, I couldn’t believe my eyes when BBC ruled the Christmas Day viewing charts, snagging all top 10 spots! Trailing behind the epic finale of “Gavin and Stacey” was “Wallace & Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl,” which drew in a whopping 9.28 million viewers like me. The King’s Speech held third place with an impressive 6.82 million viewers still tuning in. Quite the competition, wasn’t it?

Shows among the top 10 include “Call the Midwife,” “EastEnders,” “Doctor Who,” “Strictly Come Dancing,” and “Tiddler” along with “The Weakest Link.

In the meantime, enthusiasts of the show “Gavin and Stacey” praised the finale as “excellent”, as they finally witnessed Nessa (Ruth Jones) and Smithy (James Corden) acknowledge their feelings for each other and exchange vows in a simple ceremony attended by their dearest friends and relatives.
