Dive into a world of chibi heroes, monster hordes, and solo-friendly adventure
Galaxy Backpack Survivor is a standalone role-playing game (RPG) set in the action genre, featuring an intriguing combination of survivor-style autofire mechanics and backpack management. In this game, you engage in intense battles against hordes of monsters on various alien planets, tactically organizing your weapons and equipment within your backpack to overcome unending waves of enemies.
In every mission, you’ll be landed on perilous planets filled with enemies for you to evade and maneuver around while your weapons automatically shoot. You have the option to acquire different weapons and equipment, which can be stored in your backpack. Later, you can combine these items, sell them, or rearrange their attributes. I’m also eager to find the perfect combination of a weapon and gear setup that triggers the COMBINE evolution.

Apart from enjoying the adorable miniature heroes and the vibrant visual effects, I’m drawn to the varying roguelike gameplay experience each time. In essence, the game appears fun with its distinctive blend of genres, offering a solo play option without relying on guilds or friends. Furthermore, it lacks in-app purchases, features an intelligently designed Tetris-style inventory placement system, and offers more engaging elements.
The popular game, Galaxy Backpack Survivor, has just begun a trial release in the US, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan on both Android and iOS platforms. To get started, simply download it from your Google Play Store or App Store. At this time, there’s no news about a worldwide launch.
