Ever since she departed from the villa, having shared the Love Island All Stars crown with Casey O’Gorman, it has been quite an exhilarating journey for her.

A well-known celebrity has shared that she’s been contemplating motherhood, and to ensure she has options for starting a family later on, she intends to preserve her eggs for added ‘peace of mind.’

The fitness influencer, who isn’t publicly confirmed as Casey’s girlfriend, shared that they haven’t talked about starting a family yet. (Age of Casey is not mentioned, but he is assumed to be 28.)

To OK! Magazine, she stated: “A woman’s biological clock isn’t always accurate. Therefore, I’ve opted to freeze my eggs as a means of ensuring peace of mind.

At some point, she mentioned that physicians initially believed they might find a pituitary gland tumor due to her exceptionally high prolactin levels, which is a symptom of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) she also has.

She mentioned: ‘Fortunately, they didn’t discover anything, yet my gynecologist suggested that freezing my eggs would be the most secure choice. I truly yearn for children, but with PCOS, egg freezing provides me an insurance policy – whether I wind up in a relationship or as an independent single mom.’

I, as a devoted follower, have observed that neither me nor Casey have delved into discussions about starting a family together. This is because we both acknowledge and wish to steer clear of the pressures that often follow relationships formed within the spotlight of the ITV reality show.

Gabby shared details about her lengthy struggle with scoliosis, a significant health challenge that was diagnosed in her when she was only 11 years old.

Following the observation of a curvature in her spine during their vacation by her mother, Gabby subsequently endured a strenuous 10-hour surgery. During this procedure, six of her ribs were extracted, and metal rods, screws, and bolts were implanted into her back for support.

She shared that they warned her: “If I didn’t undergo the operation, there could be a risk of becoming immobile, and I was also informed that I might develop a hunched back… After recovering, I needed to re-learn how to walk, not even mentioning dancing again.

Six months following a successful operation and recuperation, Gabby resumed walking, and surprisingly enough, she was also dancing once more.

Gabby hasn’t hesitated to share her health struggles before, and this isn’t an exception. Following another breast surgery in December 2023, she disclosed that her initial operation had left her breasts damaged.

Back in 2017, after my stint in the Love Island villa, I found myself yearning for a change – a transformation that I felt would boost my confidence. You see, I couldn’t shake off this nagging insecurity about my petite bust, and I often compared myself unfavorably to my fellow islanders. So, I made the decision to undergo plastic surgery, aiming to enhance my appearance and feel more ‘pretty enough’ in my own skin.

Initially, Gabby shared how her first breast augmentation significantly increased her self-confidence. However, she confessed that she overdid it at the gym right after surgery, causing damage to her breasts, necessitating a second operation.

She’s mentioned that her breasts accidentally slipped out of their designated pockets during her explanation, since her scoliosis causes an unevenness on the left side of her back ribs. When they were removed, her ribs naturally healed and regrew.

In January 2024, the personal trainer posted on Instagram humorously commenting about her recent breast augmentation: “Let me put it like this, one of my nipples was pointing towards the ceiling, while the other was pointing towards the wall.

‘My left boob was underneath my armpit and my right boob was sat all the way up here on my chest.’

She went on to say, “However, I must add that my breasts had sagged, which means they had fallen from the space designed to hold them.

‘My left breast was noticeably lower than my right one, with its nipple pointed towards the ceiling. Additionally, it would tear slightly beneath my armpit whenever I would lie down.’

‘Although the right side wasn’t as problematic as the left, neither was perfectly positioned. This misalignment can be attributed to the post-treatment care.’

Initially, Gabby admitted that she was unaware a post-surgical bra was necessary following the operation, opting instead for a sports bra.

She encouraged fans to ensure they receive comprehensive post-surgery care following such significant operations, and additionally advised fans against engaging in physical activities post-procedure.

The dedicated exercise enthusiast acknowledged that she started exercising prematurely, cautioning her followers: “Above all, avoid starting workouts immediately. Steer clear of making a foolish mistake like I did by potentially damaging your fresh, lovely physique, all in the name of working out.

She went on to say: ‘This time, I plan to follow my inner guidance as a personal trainer, considering what’s best for my body. I’ll heed my own advice, consult my doctor, and use the next six weeks for healing, full recovery, and a comeback that surpasses the setback.’
