G-DRAGON, the famous South Korean artist, is bringing his unique style to football ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup. His fashion label, PEACEMINUSONE, has teamed up with Nike and the Korea Football Association to create the “Tigers of Asia” collection. This line of clothing and gear celebrates the passionate South Korean football fans and combines high-quality athletic wear with modern, everyday style.
Nike’s “Unmatched Pre-Match” project is a huge collaboration with seven major brands, each designing gear for their country’s football team. The “Tigers of Asia” collection for South Korea was created by G-Dragon and blends K-pop style with the team’s spirit. The collection features a striking pre-match jersey – mostly black in front, with a bold and energetic design on the back. It also includes a woven track jacket and a custom Nike Tech Fleece suit, creating a complete and stylish look for fans.
But the real highlight of the collection is the footwear: the PEACEMINUSONE x Nike CryoShot. Riding the wave of the popular “bloke core” style, these unique shoes reimagine a classic football boot for everyday wear. G-Dragon decided to bring back the well-loved CTR360 Maestri II from 2010, and completely redesigned the top of the shoe, replacing the usual synthetic materials with high-quality natural fibers.
Okay, so these sneakers are mostly off-white – a really clean, natural color. But the Nike Swoosh really pops because it’s a bright, classic red. What’s really cool though is the sole. It looks like they took an old football cleat, froze it in a block of clear rubber, and then made a comfy sneaker around it! Seriously, you can see the spikes inside, it’s a wild look, but they feel great for just wearing around town.
G-Dragon’s new “Tigers of Asia” collection with Nike is a standout blend of athletic and streetwear style. If you want to get your hands on it early, head to PeaceMinusOne.com or TheKFA now. Otherwise, the full collection, including the CryoShot shoes and apparel, will be available on Nike SNKRS and at select retailers later this summer.
