Viewers of ‘I’m A Celebrity‘ are upset after ITV made changes to a well-loved part of the show.
The show came back on Sunday night for its 25th season, with Ant and Dec hosting live from Brisbane, Australia.
But just a few minutes into the show, viewers were upset to learn that the famous opening sequence had been completely changed.
Previously, when new celebrities joined the show, their names were revealed using huge letters flown into the jungle by helicopters.
The show’s titles feature celebrities depicted as shooting stars landing in various parts of the jungle, visually representing how valuable they are during challenges.
The show’s graphics have received their first update in nearly two decades, and fans have observed that the famous helicopter scene no longer includes the helicopters.

One fan expressed their frustration on social media, asking why the show’s opening titles had been altered and specifically noting the removal of the helicopters.
As a longtime reader, I was really frustrated to see such poor content. I immediately contacted the editors, urging them to fix it and restore the classic titles for tomorrow’s edition – honestly, the quality needs to be addressed, or it’s going to cause a real problem.
One viewer expressed their disappointment with the current titles, saying ITV should revert to the older, more elaborate designs featuring helicopters and celebrities incorporated into the lettering. They felt the changes weren’t necessary.
One person commented that the new titles appeared to have been made with the simple ‘slide up’ effect in Windows Movie Maker.
Kelly Brook, Martin Kemp, Eddie Kadi, Shona McGarty, Ruby Wax, Angry Ginge, Alex Scott, Aitch, Lisa Riley, and Jack Osbourne are all competing on a show in Australia, hoping to be named King or Queen of the Jungle.
The celebrities arrived on the beach with a rough landing and quickly discovered they’d be competing for just two spots in the Getaway car. Winning those seats meant a fast trip to camp, comfortable beds, and a steak dinner – a huge advantage over the other contestants.
The getaway car wasn’t just for escaping; it also provided a comfortable and luxurious ride for the two celebrities as they entered the jungle, complete with drinks and appetizers.
After wading through offal and slime to unlock the key fob, Aitch and Eddie secured the keys.

The journey into the jungle proved difficult, and after Kelly, Martin, and Shona lost the first challenge, they had to ride in the back of the Cockie van with Alex Scott, Jack Osbourne, Ruby Wax, AngryGinge, and Lisa Riley.
The celebrities had to complete a challenge to win stars for camp, but as you’d expect on ‘I’m A Celebrity…’, they had to endure thousands of insects and snakes crawling all over them.
Alex exclaimed in distress that the creatures had fallen into her bra, while Kelly shrieked that they were biting her breasts.
Jack and AngryGinge quickly removed the bolts, allowing them to head to the getaway car for cocktails.
I’m A Celebrity continues on ITV1 and ITVX.
