Fuecoco Pokémon GO Community Day: Tips, tricks & 100% IV
Shiny Fuecoco is coming to Pokémon GO for the March Community Day.
During the upcoming Pokémon GO Community Event, players will encounter Fuecoco for the very first opportunity to catch its Shiny form. Additionally, by capturing a Fuecoco during this event, trainers can obtain a Skeledirge equipped with the unique move, Blast Burn.
Fuecoco Community Day takes place Saturday, March 8 from 2 p.m until 5 p.m local time.
The Fuecoco Community Day promises to be highly attractive for Pokémon GO players, as it marks the first time Shiny Fuecoco will be accessible. Additionally, exceptional bonuses are in store for this event, including an increased 3x Stardust reward. Essentially, this is a wonderful opportunity to socialize with friends while enjoying some Pokémon GO gameplay.
Fuecoco Pokémon GO Community Day bonuses
The following bonuses will be in effect for trainers during Fuecoco Community Day in Pokémon GO.
- 2× Candy for catching Pokémon
- 3× Stardust for catching Pokémon
- 2× chance for Trainers level 31 and up to receive Candy XL from catching Pokémon
- Incense (excluding Daily Adventure Incense) activated during the event will last for 3 hours
- Lure Modules activated during the event will last for 3 hours
- Be on the lookout for Showcases at different PokéStops during Fuecoco Community Day
- Take a few Snapshots during Community Day for a surprise!
- One additional special trade (for a maximum of 3)*
- Trades cost 50% less Stardust*

There will also be a revamped $2 Research Ticket and special item-bundles in the Pokémon GO Store.
Featured Pokémon: Fuecoco
At the occasion periods, you’re likely to encounter Fuecoco more often in the wild. Additionally, your chances of capturing a Shiny Fuecoco will be boosted.
During Fuecoco’s Pokemon GO Community Day, there will be a special move called Blast Burn that Fuecoco’s evolved form, Skeledirge, can learn. If Crocalor evolves into Skeledirge during the event, it will automatically know this Fire-type move. However, if you already own a Skeledirge, your only option to teach it Blast Burn is by using an Elite Technical Machine (Elite TM).
Furthermore, learning the Charged Attack Torch Song will commence following the event, and Skeledirge will carry on mastering it thereafter.

The table provided displays the maximum Combat Power (CP) that a Fuecoco can reach at every level. In its natural habitat, a Fuecoco can range from Level 1 to Level 30, and during Sunny weather conditions, it can grow from Level 6 up to Level 35. A Fuecoco that has reached the highest CP is considered a Pokémon with a perfect 100% Individual Values (IVs).

This Fuecoco Pokémon GO Community Day is primarily a great chance to get a Shiny of a new Pokémon.
During this event, it would be beneficial for you to maintain a singular focus. Catch, catch, and catch as many Pokémon as possible! You’ll find an impressive amount of Stardust due to the 3x Stardust bonus, and remember, the more Pokémon you encounter, the greater your chances of finding a shiny Fuecoco. Additionally, don’t forget to accumulate Field Research tasks that offer encounters with Special Background Fuecoco.
For this event, there’s no added XP reward. But rest assured, having a Pokémon at Mega Level 3 will enhance the candy and XP earned from capturing Sprigatito. Here are some Pokémon that can be Mega Evolved to gain extra Candy, Candy XL, and XP when catching Sprigatito:
