From Child Star to Grandfather: Danny Cooksey’s Stunning Transformation!
80s television personality Danny Cooksey, now grown up, shared a photo with his daughter Zoe Leigh Huish, showcasing a striking transformation from his youthful days.
Danny, aged 49, was well-known in the Hollywood scene due to his appearances on shows such as Diff’rent Strokes, The Cavanaughs, Xiaolin Showdown, and Salute Your Shorts during his childhood years.
Apart from that, he playfully refers to himself as “the man sporting the stylish mullet from Terminator 2” following his appearance alongside Arnold Schwarzenegger in the iconic movie.
In the sequel of the Terminator series, the character portrayed by Tim was a friend of the young John Connor instead of stepping directly into his shoes.
Without a doubt, his mullet has vanished completely, and the joyous picture marking his upcoming grandparent status leaves no room for question about its absence.
He wrote at the time: ‘Getting closer. So exciting. Can’t wait for my first granddaughter.’

In the photograph, you can see Danny alongside his daughter Zoe, who welcomed her first child, Danny’s grandchild, in 2022.
Or more concisely: The photo shows Danny with his grandchild-bearing daughter, Zoe, in 2022.
Both options convey the same information but may appeal to different readers based on their preferences for style and clarity.
The little girl is frequently featured on the actor’s Instagram, with him recently proclaiming that she has an adorably sweet face, as seen in his latest post.
Even though many of us might not recall Danny from his days as a child actor, he continues to be actively involved in the entertainment industry.
Even though his distinctive red mullet hairstyle is missing, you can still recognize him due to his unique facial features and his current short, red hair styled into a goatee.
Danny has been contributing his voice to some newer ventures, such as The Lorax and the Kung Fu Panda animated television shows.
Still basking in his iconic 80s fame, he playfully describes himself in his Instagram bio: ‘Versatile performer, both actor and musician, famously portraying the young character on Diff’rent Strokes.’
‘The guy with the sweet mullet in Terminator 2 and yes Budnick’.
The actor might be recognized by kids from the ’90s as well, or at least his voice will resonate with them, since his resume boasts voicing Stoop Kid in Hey Arnold!, a role he later reprised for the Hey Arnold! movie in 2017.

2019 saw Danny reminiscing about his experiences working on Terminator 2 during his childhood, in a chat with a Hey Arnold! enthusiast’s online platform.
He shared that the movie was filmed near where he used to reside in California, and prior to his own appearances, the film production teams often created challenges for him to attend school on time.
The actor said: ‘It was such a big production – it was awesome.
‘I actually lived in the area where it was filmed.
Approximately a week before I began, I encountered an unexpected obstruction on my usual way to school. Instead of the open road, there were numerous construction vehicles parked along it.
Danny mentioned that though it appeared as if his character Tim seemed to have been slain by the T-1000, in his own imagination, Tim remains alive.
He said: ‘C’mon now, Terminator or no Terminator, you can’t kill a power mullet that easy.
‘Tim is alive, homeless and crazy – living somewhere on the sunset strip.’
