Frida Redknapp confidently displayed her stunning physique while wearing a coral bathing suit, strolling elegantly on the sandy beach.
32-year-old model posted a video on Instagram from his recent visit to the opulent wellness retreat, Soneva in the Maldives, on a Thursday.
In a striking display, the mother of five, wedded to Jamie Redknapp, gracefully strolled on the beach, clad in a coral swimsuit, gazing at the vast expanse of the sea as she commenced the video.
Frida shared insights into her meditative path, reflecting on her visit to the wellness idea at the resort.
She was spotted unwinding at the seashore, savoring healthy breakfast bowls, pedaling bicycles, and showcasing the resort’s opulent fitness center and spa facilities.
The video segment also revealed Friday strolling along the beach under the cover of night, dressed elegantly in a green maxi dress, without shoes on her feet.

During the last summer, Frida once more soaked up the sun alongside her spouse Jamie and their son Raphael, while the family savored a relaxing vacation in sun-kissed Portugal.
She posted on Instagram, giving a peek into her vacation, and showcased her stunning physique in a minuscule black swimsuit as she enjoyed a dip in the pool.
50-year-old ex-footballer Jamie was seen sporting a toned body while wearing swim shorts, engaging in water play alongside his two-year-old companion, Raphael.
Later on, Frida donned a slim, multi-colored bathing suit when they all made their way towards the beach, taking a break for lunch along the way.
In an instant, Raphael savored a refreshing beverage filled with ice cubes and fresh mint, followed by a leisurely walk on the beach with his mom at a later time.
Afterward, the pair had a delightful time bonding over a round of checkers as they watched the sun dip below the horizon, with the woman, sporting golden locks, ecstatic following her victory against her spouse.
Frida titled her post as ‘Short vacation’, whereas Jamie disclosed that the family was accompanying him during work, posting their own photos and captioning it: ‘A delightful interlude amidst filming’.
Besides Jamie, there are also two sons in his family: Charlie (age 19) and Beau (age 15). These boys were born to him and his former spouse, Louise Redknapp, who is currently 49 years old. They finalized their divorce in the year 2017.
Additionally, Jamie plays the role of stepfather towards Michael and Amanda, who are Frida’s offspring from her past relationship with American businessman, Jonathon Lourie.
