The Free Fire World Series (FFWS) SEA Spring 2025 tournament is about to begin, set to start in April. The competitive gaming landscape for this game is expanding significantly, as evidenced by the 2025 esports roadmap that we’ve witnessed this year. In total, 18 teams will compete for a substantial prize fund.
Additionally, numerous attractive rewards are also up for grabs in this tournament. This write-up offers an in-depth examination of the forthcoming Garena FFWS SEA Spring event, which will be held partially online and offline.
FFWS SEA Spring 2025: Schedule and Format
The first part of the event, known as the Knockout Stage, is set to begin on April 25th, 2025, and continue until June 1st. During this phase, which lasts approximately six weeks, participants will be divided into three groups, each containing six teams, and they’ll compete in matches throughout this period.

As a gamer, I’m excited to be part of a tournament featuring a grand total of 108 matches! Each team will get to play in 72 of those matches. The top 12 teams will then move on to the thrilling Point Rush and Grand Finals stages. The Point Rush event kicks off post the first stage, with each day’s standings determining our headstart points for the next round. Can’t wait to see where I land!
Six games are scheduled for every day. In June, the last standing teams will face off against each other in the ultimate championship match. Adhering to the Champion Rush format, the highest-ranked team will be crowned the champion and receive the grand awards.
