
The 2024 esports season for Free Fire is almost over, with just one tournament remaining. As the Free Fire World Series (FFWS) Global Finals 2025 approaches, the year’s esports plan is nearing completion. This major event will determine the best Free Fire team among the most skilled competitors.
I’m so excited! Garena is hosting a tournament in Jakarta, Indonesia, starting this October. And get this – it’s not just any tournament, it’ll include the FFWS Global Finals 2025 Clash Squad event too! I can’t wait to see all the action.
FFWS Global Finals 2025: Schedule and Format
The tournament begins on October 31st with all participating teams. The first phase, a Knockout stage, will continue until November 9th. Teams will be split into three groups of eight. Each week features three match days, and the top eight teams after the first week will move on to the Clash Squad mode, which will take place from November 5th to 6th.
Over six matchdays, a total of 36 games will be played. Each team will play 24 games, and the 12 highest-performing teams will move on to the Grand Finals.
The Grand Finals begin on November 15th, and the champion will be decided that same day. Twelve teams will compete in the Champion Rush format, and the team earning the most points will be crowned world champion.

Participating Teams
Eighteen teams will be competing in the event, but only twelve will advance to the grand finals. These final teams will be selected from regional qualifying events, and all participants have already been confirmed and are prepared to compete.

Prize Pool
Teams will share a total of $1,000,000 in cash prizes, distributed according to their final rankings. See the prize pool breakdown below for specific amounts.

In addition to team prizes, individual players will also be rewarded for excellent play. The Most Valuable Player of the Finals will win $10,000, and the winner of the Predator Award will receive $5,000. Plus, each Team of the Day will get a $1,000 prize.
