Garena Free Fire is partnering with popular DJ Alok again to host the Beat Carnival! This event, running until March 9, 2026, features a music festival experience within the game, complete with special gameplay, lots of rewards, live events, and more. Let’s take a closer look at what’s happening!

Experience the vibrant Beat Carnival event with DJ Alok

Free Fire has launched its new Beat Carnival event, bringing a vibrant, music-filled experience inspired by Brazil’s famous Carnival. The event features the Panther as its main symbol, and players can tune in to a livestream with Alok, plus participate in a variety of activities to earn exclusive rewards.

The campaign features the official theme song, “BULLETPROOF,” a collaboration between DJ Alok and CERES. A unique feature is that the song plays directly in your game lobby and on the Event Special screen.

Enjoy Beat Carnival-themed gameplay across Battle Royale and Clash Squad modes

Plus, Battle Royale mode will also feature special Beat Carnival-themed additions, including these:

  • Bloomtown Stage: On the Solara map, Bloomtown stages changed into a vibrant carnival arena with lights, laser effects, and the official theme song playing nearby. By entering this zone, you can earn various event-exclusive rewards.
  • Dynamic Sky view and Fireworks: Solara map also brings a dynamic sky that gradually shifts into a stunning sunset with sound waves pulsing across the Safe Zone. I’m sure you’ll like the giant projection of Alok dancing along the map’s edges as fireworks light up the battlefield.
  • Panther Party Truck and themed zones: Unlike the other two, you can now interact with the roaming Panther Party Truck for rewards across all maps. Besides dancing to it, look out for special themed zones which spawn giant music notes that trigger dance effects.

Clash Squad is also getting in on the fun! Matches will now feature special Soundwave Zones that consistently appear. These zones are helpful because they increase your movement speed and quickly restore your health. Keep an eye out for a huge projection of DJ Alok while you’re playing, too!

Unlock various themed rewards and use exclusive items in battles

I’m really looking forward to trying out the new items, especially the updated Alok Skill Cards. They’ve added some fun things, like the Dance Grenade, which makes opponents dance for a short time – similar to what you might find in Fortnite. And the Speaker Trampoline lets you bounce around the battlefield using sound waves!

During the event, you’ll be able to get special items in the in-game store. These include outfits – Beat Beast for male characters and Beat Leopard for female characters – plus collectible items like a unique skin for your fist, a Gloo Wall design, an M14 gun skin, special effects when you enter the game, and new emotes. I’m hoping to collect some of these myself!
