Freddy Brazier and grandmother Jackiey Budden were observed puffing on questionable cigarettes following their recent reconciliation, even amidst Jeff’s ongoing legal efforts to restrict their interaction.

20-year-old influencer was spotted enjoying time with his elderly grandmother, aged 68, close to Tower Bridge in South London, following the Mail on Sunday’s disclosure that Freddy had resided with his maternal grandmother for about a week.

He had an informal appearance, donning a burgundy shirt and beige shorts, while Jackie opted for her rolled-up joggers that reached her knees. She also had bandages on her hands, and some bystanders claimed to The Sun that she was displaying unusual behavior.

In my expert opinion, I recently observed a duo casually enjoying what appeared to be something other than conventional tobacco in broad daylight, right before curious onlookers. The atmosphere carried a distinct scent that was noticeably different from the typical tobacco aroma.

While Jackiey spoke, she mentioned, ‘As long as Freddy joins me in not smoking, he’ll be fine. At least, I can ensure that whatever he’s using for smoking is known to me since the air outside is harmful.’

Afterward, Freddy shared a TikTok video featuring him, Jackiey, and a friend doing a popular dance routine, set to a tune that surprisingly contained the racial slur referred to as the N-word.

When Freddy was merely four years old, his beloved mother Jade passed away due to cervical cancer in the year 2009. Since then, he’s grown up under the care of his father, Jeff.

Over time, Jackie and Jeff have had numerous disagreements, and just recently, it became public that the celebrity is pursuing legal measures to prevent his son from maintaining contact with his grandmother for her own safety.

According to the Mail On Sunday, it was discovered that Freddy, previously barred from visiting Jackiey due to his father’s legal actions, unexpectedly reunited with Jackiey last week at her residence in Bermondsey, despite his father’s attempts to maintain distance between them.

According to relatives, the pair continue to be exceptionally tight-knit. They point out that it was only a matter of time before Jeff would not keep Freddy separated from his grandmother for too long, as they have always shared a deep connection.

‘Jeff may hate her for all sorts of reasons going back many years, but Freddy loves her very much.

They enjoyed themselves immensely, spending time with her pet dog and reminiscing at her apartment, a place he’s frequently spent nights during previous years.

The Sun On Sunday also reported that Jeff now has a court date for his legal battle with Jackiey.

The situation has led to a bitter verbal dispute between them, as Jackiey claims she didn’t know about his legal action prior to its media release, and emphasizes that at his current age of 20, Freddy is mature enough to handle his own choices.

Following their conversation with The Mail, she became enraged, exclaiming, “I have the power to damage him if I choose. What I require now is clarity. It was through the newspapers that I learned of this court case – he didn’t inform me personally.

He’s always disapproved of Freddy spending time with me. He claims it’s due to my smoking and offering him drugs. However, let me clarify that Fred was deeply involved even when he was with his father. I’m referring specifically to drugs; Fred tried weed for the first time at the age of fourteen.

At my house, he didn’t try his first cigarette until he turned sixteen. We occasionally smoke together, but since it happened under my roof, I had full control over what he was inhaling as I knew exactly what substance he was using.

For several years, Jeff has attempted to prevent Freddy from spending time with me. However, since Freddy is now 20 years old, it’s important to let him exercise his independence and choose his own path in life.

‘He used to lie to Jeff about where he was, but about a year and a half ago I asked

1. “Did your father realize you were present?” He confirmed that he did, and mentioned he was tired of concealing the truth.”

2. “Was your dad aware that you were in his presence?” He acknowledged it, and expressed his frustration over having to hide the fact.”

3. “Were you visiting your father? Did he know about it?” Yes, he knew, and he made it clear he was fed up with keeping our visit a secret.”

Over the weekend, Freddy went back to his grandmother’s place, which might anger Jeff, given his ongoing dislike of the strong bond between Jackiey and the boys from Big Brother star Jade’s family.

Despite their mother’s untimely passing due to cancer in 2009 at the age of 27, Freddy and his elder brother Bobby continued to maintain a strong bond with their 67-year-old relative.

In 2023, the ongoing family dispute resurfaced as Jeff strongly advised Jackie against visiting the BBC Strictly Come Dancing studio while Bobby was competing, due to their family issues.

Her notable absent came after a period of estrangement, but she and Bobby later reconciled.

It’s clear that the young EastEnders actor felt deeply saddened when he found himself stuck in the argument between his dad and grandma, expressing to his friends that the conflict was incredibly painful.
