Fred Sirieix, 53, shows off his toned physique in shirtless video as he unveils incredibly ripped body
Fred Sirieix took to Instagram on Saturday to share a very cheeky video with his fans.
The middle-aged hotel manager from France, showing off his well-toned body by removing his clothes, appeared to be engaging in gardening tasks, though it seemed more like a display.
The television host offered a glimpse into his physique by striking a shirtless pose, flashing his well-toned muscles and smiling broadly for the camera.
Back in 2023, the celebrity didn’t hesitate to flaunt his well-toned figure on I’m A Celeb, opting for a casual outfit consisting only of navy blue shorts and vibrant yellow boots.
To begin the scene, he stood facing away from the camera, clutching a spade in one hand. He then ambled towards a flower pot, stooped over to pick it up, at which point the camera zoomed in on his backside.

Following a brief moment, he swiveled to face the camera and quipped playfully, “What’s up? Don’t get the wrong idea! This isn’t OnlyFans; it’s merely gardening!
Over a million people expressed excitement about the view, flooding his comment area with expressions of admiration. Their messages read:
‘Cracking view there Fred’…’❤️❤️❤️’…’Nice derrière ❤️❤️❤️’
Fred openly expresses his passion for physical fitness and often engages in activities like boxing, weight lifting, and cycling on an exercise bike.
In 2023, it was disclosed that he shed about three kilograms during his time in the jungle because there wasn’t enough food. However, he mentioned that if he hadn’t stuck to his exercise routine, he would have lost even more weight.
He informed his fans, “During that time, I exercised every day for twenty minutes. I focused on fundamental workouts like doing 301 push-ups, 100 regular squats, and 100 reverse squats. I followed a routine where I completed a set each minute for those twenty minutes.
After some time, it becomes noticeable that the diet primarily consisting of rice and beans, which is relatively low in calories, puts strain on the body. We gradually became smaller each day.
I’ve shed some pounds, though not as many as I could have without exercising. It’s clear now more than ever that physical activity is essential for maintaining strength.

It comes after Fred fought back tears during Tuesday’s episode of Who Do You Think You Are?
In an episode of BBC’s genealogy show, celebrities delve into their ancestry with the aid of professionals. During one part of the program, Fred discovered the harrowing experience of his great-grandfather who participated in World War One, a conflict that took place from 1914 to 1918.
The historian detailed that Fred’s forebear engaged in combat against the Germans during The First Battle of Champagne, spanning from December 1914 to March 1915. However, it is important to note that this was not the final chapter of his military involvement.
She went on to say, “He actually advanced into several key sectors, with Verdun being particularly noteworthy.
‘He was at Verdun? Good heavens!’
The expert affirmed: ‘Indeed, your great-grandfather Leonard was stationed at Verdun, a place that later gained the grim reputation of being referred to as “the butcher’s battlefield” or simply “the meat grinder”.
At Verdun, an event that’s widely recognized in France, saw a million German troops launching an assault against 200,000 French soldiers. In simpler terms, during the events at Verdun (a place familiar to the French), one million German soldiers attacked two hundred thousand of their French counterparts.
Originally from the French city of Limoges, with a deep understanding of their past, Fred responded: ‘However, the French stood firm and ultimately triumphed in the end.’

The historian concluded: ‘They did. Leonard was there, your great-grandfather Leonard was there.’
However, her exploration of Fred’s family background didn’t stop there; Fred, famously recognized as the maitre d’ at the restaurant featured on Channel 4’s dating reality show First Dates, was still a rich source of family history for her to delve into.
she added: ‘Additionally, it’s crucial to remember that the war didn’t end with Verdun; instead, it persisted, and so did your great-grandfather Leonard’s involvement in the conflict.
Afterward, he moved to the Somme region during October of 1916, which means he was actively participating in the Battle of the Somme at that time.
Fred found himself completely dumbfounded at the sight of it – the expensive and largely ineffective Allied attack between July and November 1916, causing immense loss of life.
The empathetic chef and television figure went on to say: “However, he took part in every major conflict, you know, he was there at the initial fight when they engaged in close combat using their bayonets.
Later on, he found himself in Verdun, followed by the Battle of the Somme – these were indeed the most significant battles during World War One.
The expert was equally amazed: “It’s remarkable that your great-grandfather witnessed the development of the First World War; he truly experienced it.
On Tuesdays at 9pm, you can catch “Who Do You Think You Are?” on BBC One, or if you prefer, you can stream it on iPlayer whenever suits you best.
