Frankie Bridge Flaunts Incredible Abs in Stylish Gym Wear During Intense Home Workout

On Friday, Frankie Bridge displayed her fit figure in a fashionable activewear ensemble while subjecting herself to a tough workout at her home gym during the early hours of the day.

36-year-old celebrity from Loose Women wore a sleek, black short-sleeve top with an expansive slit at the back, paired with black exercise pants.

She finished off her appearance with a pair of large, white sneakers and pulled her dark hair into a low bun for style.

The Saturdays star sported a pair of big headphones as she worked up a sweat lifting weights.

After completing her weight training session, Frankie moved to her yoga mat to perform some abdominal workouts, showcasing her well-defined abs along the way.

She titled her Instagram post as: “I’ve been making an effort to squeeze in a morning workout before heading off to work and dropping the kids at school.

Things are going well so far. In the course of my daily schedule, I never fail to include @symproveyourlife as an essential part. It significantly aids me in linking habits together, ensuring I stay focused (flexing muscle).

Many of you have inquired about my workout routines and the equipment or apparel I prefer. To address your curiosity, I’ve provided a brief overview, and I will share all the details through my Instagram Stories for your convenience!

Last month, Frankie proudly displayed her well-toned physique in a sleek black swimsuit while posting photos from her luxurious vacation in Dubai on Instagram.

The singer looked great in the flattering two-piece as she relaxed on a sun bed with a pal.

She complemented her appearance with fashionable sunglasses, added a touch of elegance with gold earrings, and arranged her dark hair in soft, wavy curls.

Last year, during a Loose Women episode, Frankie bravely shared about her persistent health struggle.

She’s consistently been transparent about her battles with depression, leading to a hospitalization in 2011 when she hit an all-time low.

As I took my seat on the panel, joining luminaries such as Judi Love, Charlene White, and Nadia Sawalha, we delved into a thought-provoking conversation about the revelation that Roman Kemp had decided to discontinue his 16-year journey with antidepressants.

Sharing insights from her personal journey, Frankie shared, ‘At around 18, I began using antidepressants. Despite this, I found myself admitted to the hospital due to severe depression and anxiety at approximately 21 years old.’

As a lifestyle enthusiast, I find that maintaining a daily routine provides me with the structure necessary to kickstart my day. It enables me to rise from bed each morning, make my way to work, and engage meaningfully with my loved ones.

She shared that her depression is not responsive to typical treatments, meaning that common antidepressant medications are not very effective for her.

The singer stated, “I’ve undergone certain examinations, and it appears that my body cannot produce nor retain serotonin.

‘Although antidepressants help me, continuing to take them might not be beneficial in the long run. However, since I’ve been using them for a while now, the thought of stopping them makes me anxious as I worry about potential relapses and even possible readmissions to the hospital.’

Currently, I have kids and a spouse. I’ve experimented with numerous partners and various types and mixtures of antidepressant medications.

Currently, I’m brainstorming various methods to explore, and I’ve just given ketamine therapy a shot. It’s proven quite beneficial for me, but the downside is its high cost, making it inaccessible for many people.

Frankie confessed, “It meant a lot to me, it was quite terrifying. I’ve previously stopped using antidepressants, and let me tell you, the after-effects of doing so can be extremely harsh.

For about two weeks, I was confined to my bed, feeling quite unwell. It’s important to share this experience and emphasize that when one feels prepared, they might attempt a similar recovery journey. However, it should always be done under a doctor’s supervision as it’s not straightforward to halt the process on your own with a simple “I’ll stop.
