As a long-time fan of Blue Bloods, I must say that each new episode feels like a warm hug from an old friend. The latest installment, season 14, episode 13, is no exception. With only six episodes left, it’s a bittersweet feeling knowing that this iconic show is nearing its end. Yet, the anticipation of Frank Reagan stepping in to save the day keeps us hooked!

In the series ‘Blue Bloods’, during season 14, episode 13, Frank Reagan often gives individuals freedom to carry out their duties and formulate their strategies. However, there are instances when he feels it necessary to step in.

We’ve only got six more installments remaining, but it’s hard to accept that this fantastic series is nearing its conclusion. Fortunately, we’ll get to witness Frank in action, as he takes center stage when Mayor Chase decides not to stand up for the city.

Frank intervenes and Erin is blindsided in Blue Bloods season 14, episode 13

In the upcoming episode, it’s shown that Frank takes action when Mayor Chase and the Fire Commissioner of New York City have disagreements. Mayor Chase appears to be falling short in his duties, and Frank expresses dissatisfaction with the current situation. Recognizing the need for intervention, Frank decides to step in, as hinted in the promo where he advises Mayor Chase to stand up for the city.

In the meantime, Erin grapples with the overlap of her work and personal life as she takes on a case that brings an unexpected witness against her: Harry. This development might catch her off guard, but given her experience, she had anticipated such a possibility. After all, it’s not uncommon for former police officers to represent the defense. Since Benson has recently stepped up to defend, Erin must consult with Price on Law & Order.

In this episode, Danny and Baez encounter an intriguing case: they suspect they might be dealing with a serial killer after discovering human remains in a storage unit. Will this mystery be wrapped up within the confines of a single episode or will it lead to Jackie’s return, as we anticipate her comeback for one more installment of the series?
