Over the weekend, billionaire heiress Francesca Packer drew attention in Potts Point, Sydney, as she made a stylish appearance in a striking black-and-white polka dot jumpsuit that caught everyone’s eye.

The one-piece featured flared trousers and a black tie at the waist.

Packer matched the multi-functional item with a pair of black one-stud Valentino heels priced at $1690, as well as an expensive Chanel tweed handbag.

She also wore designer shades as she strutted down the street scrolling on her iPhone.

The brunette appeared to be makeup free and had her chocolate locks down in a straight style.

She did show off a set of freshly manicured nails in a deep red shade.

Francesca is the child of Australian businessman Gretel, and she’s also a descendant of the late media tycoon, Kerry Packer.

Her uncle, the Australian billionaire James, previously held the positions of both the owner and chairperson at the prominent Crown Resorts.

Recently, Francesca successfully sold her fantastic apartment in Sydney, which she had initially listed for sale nearly a year prior.

Reportedly, she made a profit of about $30 million when she sold the five-bedroom property that she bought for approximately $16.75 million in 2019.

Nestled within Darlinghurst, just 2 kilometers from the central business district, this luxurious penthouse occupies an entire level in the esteemed Horizon tower. It boasts breathtaking vistas of the metropolitan skyline.

Francesca first listed the luxury flat in November 2023 for an eye-watering $32million.

However, seven months later, the exquisitely designed apartment was once again put up for sale in June 2024, this time priced at $30 million.

The agent involved in the sale would not confirm the purchase, reported the Wentworth Courier.

Instead, we could say: Real estate experts told the magazine that Francesca’s apartment was sold at auction to a local purchaser, just slightly below the original asking price.

As per the report, the wealthy heirress decided to sell her property as she desired to devote more time at her alternative residence, which is primarily located in London.

The apartment, a masterpiece designed by renowned Australian-Austrian architect Harry Seidler, features no less than five luxurious bathrooms, adorned with exquisite Côte d’Azur marble.
