Fortnite Jack’s Ship Glider Glitch explained: When will I get it?

A problem with the “Jack’s Ship Glider” in Fortnite, which was part of the Pirates of the Caribbean collaboration, has been discovered recently. Players report a glitch preventing them from receiving the Fortnite Jack’s Ship Glider

One user named CIRCUITDUDE110, among many other Fortnite players, contacted Epic Games through their Fortnite Status social media platform. After gathering all necessary map fragments, the expected Jack’s Ship Glider reward failed to appear due to a technical issue. Epic Games acknowledged the problem and responded on the Fortnite Status account, addressing it publicly.

Epic Games statement reads as follows:

“We’re also aware some players’ Pirate Code Bonus Goals are not being tracked as intended.

As soon as you gather all eight map pieces during the event, the Jack’s Ship Glider will become available in your locker upon its conclusion.

Unfortunately for Jack Sparrow’s Ship Glider enthusiasts, they’ll need to exercise patience until the event ends on August 6, 2024, at 4 a.m. ET. As per Epic Games’ announcement, those who managed to gather the eight map pieces will be able to secure the Glider, despite any technical issues that may have arisen.

Until then, be sure to complete either the Free or Premium Track in the Cursed Sails Pass before it’s too late. Once August 6 has passed, you will no longer have the chance to unlock the Jack Sparrow Fortnite skin.
