Former President Biden signs with Hollywood talent agency CAA
Shortly following his departure from the presidency, Joe Biden has been preparing foundations for his life beyond the White House in the entertainment industry of Hollywood.
On Monday, one of Hollywood’s leading talent agencies, Creative Artists Agency, announced that they have added President Joe Biden to their list of clients. Notable figures like Brad Pitt and Julia Roberts are among those already represented by this agency.
Previously, from 2017 to 2020, Biden was a client at CAA, having served as Vice President during Obama’s second term earlier. While working with CAA in the past, he published his memoir titled “Promise Me, Dad: A Year of Hope, Hardship and Purpose” and embarked on the “American Promise Tour,” which saw over 85,000 tickets sold across the country, as per the agency’s statement.
According to Richard Lovett, the co-chairman of CAA, President Biden is highly esteemed and carries significant influence on both domestic and international matters. He added that President Biden’s lifelong dedication to public service embodies unity, hope, respect, and potential. We feel incredibly privileged to collaborate with him once more.
CAA will be representing him in all areas, including publishing and speaking engagements.

The discussion on whether to support or oppose President Biden has been a topic among influential figures in Hollywood, with some fervent supporters deciding to withdraw financial backing for his election campaign.
Biden, 82, is the oldest man to serve as U.S. president, holding the office from 2021 to 2025.
As a dedicated cinephile, I’ve noticed that many within the entertainment industry, who tend to lean Democratic, are still grappling with the unexpected victory of President Trump over Vice President Kamala Harris. The criticism leveled at President Biden stems from his decision to continue his presidential bid against Trump in 2024, a choice that garnered some disapproval from Hollywood talent.
Upon departing from office, he saw low public favorability and faced significant criticism over his decision to grant clemency to Hunter Biden, who had been found guilty of illegally acquiring a firearm in Delaware and admitted guilt for tax-related offenses in Los Angeles.
Since 2018, Barack and Michelle Obama have been engaged in the world of entertainment, launching their production company named Higher Ground Productions. This venture has led to the creation of several movies, television shows, and podcasts.
Potential benefits for Biden could be substantial. Previously, when Biden was signed with CAA, his earnings significantly increased due to the success of his book and speaking engagements. His annual income escalated from under $400,000 as vice president to over $15 million in the two years following his departure, according to The Times.

For the following eleven years, Hunter Biden enjoys extended immunity regarding his past actions. Moving forward, this Malibu resident intends to aid individuals who continue to struggle with their health issues.
His son, Hunter Biden, is also exploring his options after his pardon.
For several years, a film crew has been following Hunter Biden in a documentary project funded by attorney Kevin Morris from Los Angeles, according to The Times. A close acquaintance of Hunter Biden, Bobby Sager, mentioned to The Times that Hunter Biden might consider opportunities such as starting a podcast or giving public speeches.
