I’m so thrilled for Adam Frisby and Jamie Corbett! They just shared the sweetest picture – a final scan showing their baby is due any day now, and it includes their amazing surrogate. They posted it on Instagram Wednesday, and I couldn’t be happier for them!
In July, the Daily Mail reported that Adam Foster, 38, who previously founded In The Style, and his partner, 37, are expecting a baby through surrogacy.
Adam recently posted an update on social media, sharing a photo of their 39-week sonogram while in the car with Jamie and their surrogate.
He wrote: ‘39.5 weeks and the last time we see our baby like this… we had our final check-up today.
These are the clearest pictures we’ve gotten so far. She’s usually covered her face or been a little hesitant during photos, but this time we captured her adorable chubby cheeks! She looks so excited to meet her dad.

In an exclusive August interview, the Daily Mail announced that Adam and Jamie are expecting their first babies.
We’re so happy to finally share our big news! It’s been wonderful telling our friends and family, and keeping it a secret for so long made it even more special.
It really came as a surprise to everyone, and people were incredibly moved. Honestly, sharing the news with our loved ones and seeing how happy they were for us has been the most rewarding part of the whole experience.
Oh my gosh, you won’t BELIEVE the journey Adam and Jamie have been on! It’s been so tough, a real rollercoaster. They actually had a match once, they were so happy, but then… well, it’s heartbreaking, she had a miscarriage. I’m just sending all my love and hoping things work out for them this time!
We found a surrogate in 2022 and began the process, but sadly, she experienced a miscarriage last year and decided she couldn’t continue. It was incredibly difficult for her, and for us, it meant starting the whole journey over after three years of effort, which was devastating.
Finding the right surrogate was a really personal journey for us. We spoke with a few wonderful women, maybe three or four, but it just didn’t click. It’s hard to explain, but we were looking for someone we really connected with. Then, last year, we met her, and it felt instantly right. We knew we had to meet her in person, so we flew out right away!
Adam and Jamie, who live in the UK, chose to pursue surrogacy in the United States because the legal process there is simpler.
They clarified that the process is very different in the US. From the start, you work with an agency and everything is legally formalized. Because they are considered the legal parents right away, the whole process is simpler.

The main challenge is traveling to America for the necessary medical scans, and we’ll need to go back after the baby is born. We’ll have to stay in America for four to six weeks to get the baby’s passport before we can return home, but it’s a small inconvenience considering everything.
Adam and Jamie are godparents to Charlotte Crosby and Jake Ankers’ daughters, Alba and Pixi, and they’ve shared that being involved in the girls’ lives has been a valuable learning experience.
We feel so fortunate to be godparents to Charlotte and Jake’s kids – it’s wonderful! We adore them and have already shared some really special moments, like changing diapers and having sleepovers, which has been a fun and unique experience for us.
Charlotte is a vibrant and humorous person, but above all, she’s a wonderful mother. We’ve all learned a lot from her, and she’s really enthusiastic about everything right now.
It was so tough telling her she couldn’t share her thoughts, she was really upset at first. But honestly, seeing her so happy now is amazing! We received wonderful advice not only from her and Jake, but also from all our loved ones, and it’s been a huge help.
After leaving In The Style, Adam has been developing a new brand and creating a behind-the-scenes video series.
He recently shared with the Daily Mail that he’s starting a new career, which he’s really looking forward to and expects to launch in the coming weeks. He also expressed gratitude for Jamie’s support over the past decade, explaining that Jamie has been instrumental in his businesses and he couldn’t have done it without him.
I appreciated having a short break beforehand to relax and recharge after a very hectic period.
Jamie explained how they manage work and childcare: ‘When we return to the UK, both Adam and I are self-employed, which gives us flexibility. If we both need to work from the office, we can bring the baby with us – it’s something we’ve always done.’

As a lifestyle expert, I’ve been following the situation with this retailer closely. It’s incredibly upsetting to hear that after the company went into administration and owed a significant £21 million, employees were unfortunately let go without receiving their final paychecks. Adam recently spoke out about this, and it’s a really important issue to highlight – people deserve to be compensated for their hard work, even when a company faces such difficult circumstances.
Adam started the fashion company in 2013. In March 2023, Baaj Capital, a private equity firm from the UK, bought the company for £1.2 million.
Ben Armstrong took over as managing director in December 2023 after Adam’s departure, but he has since also left the company.
The store found itself in the news after actress Jacqueline Jossa publicly accused them of not paying her and announced she was taking legal action, as the company struggles with financial difficulties and potential collapse.
Adam addressed the situation with his previous company on Instagram, saying he struggled to find the right words but felt compelled to speak up.
Look, I don’t care if they try to sue me, okay? I just have to talk about this. What’s come out about how In The Style has been treating people this week… it’s awful. It’s left me with no other option. I’m a huge fan, I really am, but this is just wrong and I can’t stay silent.
Dedicated employees who have worked here for years are suddenly being called into meetings and immediately fired without receiving any severance pay. This includes pregnant women and mothers who depend on their income to care for their children, and it’s a truly devastating situation.
I’ve contacted everyone I know who’s been impacted to offer my help, but it’s difficult to know what to say when things feel so unfair. The company will continue operating, and I can assure you the current owners will remain in charge. I just hope people will now recognize their true nature.
Adam later announced he’s providing financial assistance to employees seeking legal help to challenge their firings.
Charlotte Crosby, a friend of Adam’s and a previous collaborator with the brand, publicly addressed the payment issues at In The Style, criticizing the company on Instagram.
The Geordie Shore personality is standing with celebrities like Jacqueline, who say the fashion retailer hasn’t paid them what they’re due, and is also supporting Adam and Jamie, claiming they were prevented from speaking out.
