Former Hollyoaks star Alfie Browne-Sykes and his fiancée announce she is pregnant as they share sweet snaps of their ultrasound

Alfie Browne-Sykes and his fiancée, Aimee Scott, are expecting a baby! They shared the happy news, along with a cute photo, on Instagram on Thursday.

The 31-year-old actor, known for his role as Jason Roscoe on Hollyoaks, is already a stepdad to Aimee’s four-year-old son, Zach William, from a previous relationship.

They revealed they were expecting a baby by sharing a photo of a baby onesie that said ‘Baby Browne-Sykes coming soon,’ along with pictures from their ultrasound.

Alongside the post, they penned: ‘Our little miracle, Baby Browne-Sykes. You are already so loved.

Your big brother is already thrilled to meet you and can’t wait to play, keep you safe, and shower you with love. We are overjoyed and feel so lucky to be expanding our family!

Alfie, known for his role on Hollyoaks between 2013 and 2016, received well wishes from former colleagues Jessica Fox, 42, and Nikki Sanderson, 41.

One penned: ‘I am over the moon for you both. I know what this means to you.’

Congratulations to @mrbrownesykes! What wonderful news – you’re going to be amazing parents. So proud of both of you!

‘Aw Amy congratulations to you both and Zack merry Christmas to you all.’

They first met in December 2022 at the base of the escalator in London’s Liverpool Street station, and exactly two years later, they got engaged in the very same place.

Over time, Alfie, Aimee, and her 30-year-old son, Zach, have become very close, like family. The actor often shares photos of their vacations and considers Zach to be like a son.

Alfie is no longer working as an actor and has since switched his trade to roofing.

Alfie recently discussed his new job on the Just Real podcast, explaining that it was initially strange having people recognize him from his time on Hollyoaks while he was working on their roofs. He mentioned it was particularly difficult when people made comments without realizing they were talking to someone from the show.

I’m focused on building my acting career, but it’s proving to be much more challenging than I expected.

There’s a lot of waiting for good opportunities, particularly with everything going on right now.

After ending his relationship with Amanda Clapham, who played Holly Cunningham, in 2020, Alfie started dating Aimee.

The Sun claimed at the time Alfie chose to depart Hollyoaks ‘to save his relationship’ with Amanda.

Holly and Jason’s relationship on screen was full of ups and downs – they met as teens, fell in love, and eventually got engaged.
