Former Fantastic Four Actor Shares Heartfelt Message for Cast of MCU’s First Steps

Michael Chiklis, known for portraying Ben Grimm/The Thing in 20th Century Fox’s Fantastic Four, expressed a touching message to the cast of Marvel’s The Fantastic Four: First Steps.

On his Facebook page, Chiklis expressed gratitude for the outpouring of love for the Fantastic Four over the past couple of months as the new movie approached. He also wished luck and success to the cast and crew of ‘First Steps.’ He admires these actors and is eager to see them bring their talents to these iconic roles. #F4Forever #TheThing.

The main characters in Fantastic Four were Michael Chiklis as Mr. Fantastic, Ioan Gruffudd portraying Reed Richards, Jessica Alba taking on Sue Storm, and Chris Evans embodying Johnny Storm. This film was released back in 2005, earning a staggering $335 million globally from a budget of approximately $100 million. Despite receiving unfavorable reviews, the movie’s financial triumph paved the way for a sequel, Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer, which hit theaters in 2007.

The Marvel’s Original Family Makes Their Debut in The Fantastic Four: Initial Footsteps! This story is set in a world that blends 1960s aesthetics with futuristic elements, and the Fantastic Four encounter their most formidable adversary yet – Galactus, a colossal cosmic entity who devours planets, accompanied by his herald, the Silver Surfer made of metal.

In the movie Fantastic Four, Pedro Pascal plays Reed Richards, also known as Mister Fantastic, Vanessa Kirby portrays Sue Storm, who is the Invisible Woman, Joseph Quinn takes on the role of Johnny Storm, or Human Torch, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach brings Ben Grimm to life as The Thing.

Besides Ralph Ineson portraying Galactus, Julia Garner takes on the roles of both Shalla-Bal and Silver Surfer, Natasha Lyonne plays Rachel Rozman, and Paul Walter Hauser is cast as Harvey Elder, also known as Mole Man.
