Former Disney Channel star Skai Jackson is arrested after public fight with her boyfriend

As a follower who has witnessed Skai Jackson’s career rise from her days as Zuri on Jessie to her recent roles, I must say I am saddened and concerned by the recent news of her arrest for domestic battery. It’s disheartening to see such a talented young woman, who has had to deal with threats against her life in the past, find herself in another difficult situation.

According to reports, Skai Jackson was taken into custody following an alleged physical altercation with her boyfriend last week.

At age 22, a former Disney child actor faced charges for alleged domestic battery, classified as a misdemeanor, following an incident at Universal CityWalk in Los Angeles, which prompted the response of law enforcement officers.

Based on TMZ reports, security personnel in the vicinity observed an altercation between actress Jenna Ortega (known for her role as Jesse) and an unidentified partner.

It is alleged that Skai repeatedly pushed her partner, leading to a situation where security personnel had to intervene and temporarily hold both of them, as they were found near Universal’s theme park premises.

Although reportedly involved in a physical dispute, Skai asserted that everything was fine between them and informed the police that they were contentedly engaged and anticipating the birth of their first child as a couple.

Following the examination of security camera recordings that supposedly depicted Skai shoving her boyfriend, authorities took her into custody for a minor charge of domestic battery. She was issued a citation and freed a few hours afterwards.

It was mentioned by TMZ that the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office will examine the situation to determine if any accusations should be filed.

Actress from the movie Shero has mostly maintained privacy about her romantic life, choosing not to disclose the identity of her companion publicly.

Little is known about him and he does not feature on any of Skai’s social media posts.

In the filing, TMZ reported that Skai also included past text messages from the Gucci Flip Flops rapper, in which Bregoli allegedly said she wanted to fight Skai and that she ‘better hide.’
