Flaunting Fashion: Nikki Lund’s Beverly Hills Shopping Spree Amid Reality TV Buzz

Norwegian knockout Nikki Lund was seen shopping on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills over the weekend.

On that particular day, the artist known for “You & I” wore clothing suitable for warmth, which included a tank top and mini skirt from Miu Miu, along with high-heeled shoes by Louboutin.

The diva from the 90210 area was also holding a Louis Vuitton purse in pink with the monogram logo.

It appears that Lund is currently in the Los Angeles region undergoing interviews for a fresh reality TV series, as DailyMail.com reports. This potential show is centered around Los Angeles and primarily explores dynamics among women.

When not in Los Angeles, she makes music in Nashville where she bought a home last year.

She is working with the same team that has helped Dolly Parton deliver some of her best hits.

Born and educated in Beverly Hills, she attended school alongside Paris Hilton and the future Kim Kardashian. Later, the Kardashian family relocated to Calabasas, putting the place on the map due to their reality TV show, “Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

During her twenties, she had a romantic relationship with experienced musician Richie Sambora of Bon Jovi, collaborating musically on songs such as “You & I”, and jointly developed a fashion collection.

Occasionally, Nikki was responsible for styling celebrities such as Paula Abdul, Carrie Underwood, and Miley Cyrus, reflecting her lifelong passion for fashion.

Currently, Nikki composes her own music and collaborates with musicians based in Nashville. Additionally, she has launched a fashion line that bears her name, which can be found at Nordstrom.

In the past month, the well-known pop artist, who released her track “Love To Love You” on Spotify earlier in 2022, additionally spoke with DailyMail.com regarding her recent weight loss strategy.

‘I don’t eat anything after 6 pm, not even a cracker,’ the pinup told DailyMail.com.

As a die-hard fan, I can tell you that this Beverly Hills native sticks to a 16/8 intermittent fasting routine, meaning she skips breakfast till 10 in the morning of the next day.

In my college days, a friend suggested something to me, and initially, I thought it was impossible for me. However, I eventually gave it a shot, as shared by Lund.

She mentioned that it’s wonderful as it allows her body enough time to process the meal she had earlier, acting like a mini dinner, ensuring she doesn’t go to bed feeling overly full, which can be uncomfortable.

‘Sometimes it is awkward if I meet friends out for dinner, but then I just have  cheat night.

‘I order an appetizer instead of a full meal. No one seems to notice.’

In October she also said she was staying away from carbs.

‘My first choice is to steer clear of carbohydrates – this implies I pass up on pizza and pasta, which is quite tough because they are ubiquitous and can be found on most menus. It seems they’re everywhere you look, and let’s face it, who doesn’t enjoy a good slice of pizza or a bowl of pasta? So, it proves to be quite a struggle for me.’

As a dedicated admirer, I’d say if she’s in the mood for pizza, she’d opt for one with a cauliflower base and an array of veggie toppings, keeping the cheese minimal. When it comes to pasta, she prefers swapping regular noodles for squash ones instead.

‘You get used to the substitutes and start to enjoy them, to be honest.’

She said her second tip is to stay away from sugary drinks.

Lund stated that he has eliminated from his life all beverages like Coca-Cola, Sprite, sweetened tea, Frappuccinos, sugary lattes, and Apple Martini drinks entirely.

I call these drinks ‘deceptive calorie beverages’ because they appear low in calories, but the truth is that some of them can contain as many as 600 calories per serving! For instance, a single can of Coca-Cola has around 140 calories. If you drink three cans a day, that adds up to 420 extra calories on your waistline.

When I feel like having something sweet, I take a few sips of lemonade, but I make sure not to consume too much as it’s similar to enjoying candy. I keep my consumption moderate.

And her third tip has to do with exercise.

In the morning, afternoon, and evening, I take 30-minute walks respectively – before lunch and dinner, and first thing in the morning. It’s effortless because I reside in a picturesque suburb, where I can greet my neighbors and admire the blooming flowers during these strolls. Performing this routine thrice daily amounts to an hour and a half workout that’s as simple as pie.

‘Some days I walk slowly, that is if I am tired. But if I have more energy I power walk.

‘I like the exercise and I like the alone time to let my thoughts free, it is like a meditation.’

Lund has a new winter collection for her clothing line hitting Nordstrom this month.

I’ve recently collaborated with the brilliant Lauren Christy, who’s also been working with Dua Lipa, on a fresh track titled “Love To Love You” that will soon grace Spotify’s airwaves.

Last year she lost 20lbs when she went back to doing what she loves: yoga.

She gained some weight upon the birth of her son Hendrix in 2018, but it wasn’t until 2022 that she started making a real effort to regain her pre-baby figure.

And now the singer has finally gotten to the weight she loves.

The singer known for her hits with U & I has shared that she’s returned to a size two and finds it wonderful. She revealed this to DailyMail.com in an exclusive interview, having previously dated the legendary rock star Richie Sambora from Bon Jovi.

She mentioned that she practices yoga for about an hour each day, which includes performing five Sun Salutations, the Warrior pose, Tree pose, and lunges, usually after her morning coffee.

After winding down for the day, I typically dedicate around 20 minutes to performing additional Sun Salutes, as this practice tends to improve my sleep quality.

After a full day of work and taking care of my child, it’s delightful to enjoy some personal time for self-care, which significantly reduces my anxiety and helps me fall asleep quickly.

Her previous hit tracks are This Is It and U & I as Sambora often served as mentor.

The multi-talented fashion and clothing designer, Nikki, is set to showcase her creations at Nordstrom. Notable personalities such as Miley Cyrus, Carrie Underwood, Kelly Clarkson, Demi Lovato, Brandy, Brad Paisley, and Blake Shelton have graced themselves in Nikki’s designs.

In 2018, Nikki kicked off her musical journey with the popular tracks “Love Overdose” and “This Is It,” having previously made a name for herself in the fashion world with an acclaimed clothing line.

Nikki frequently appears on magazine covers, such as YRB, Esquire, and ELLE, and is regularly featured in publications like Genlux, People, US Weekly, InTouch, Life & Style. Additionally, she has been highlighted by entertainment channels like E!, Access Hollywood, Extra, VH1, and Good Day LA.
