Tammy Hembrow was spotted enjoying a snack at the airport on Wednesday while traveling out of Sydney with her sisters, Emilee and Amy.

The 31-year-old fitness influencer showed off her flat stomach in a crop top while picking up a snack on her way to the airport gate.

She bought a package of sugar-free Funday gummies, along with a Musashi protein bar and a Musashi protein cookie.

The social media star put the items in her bag and kept walking through the airport.

Tammy highlighted her figure with a fitted white top and low-rise slacks, completing the look with black heels.

She completed her look with large hoop earrings and a delicate necklace. She also carried a black handbag and styled her blonde hair in soft waves.

The popular online personality was seen enjoying time with her sisters, happily talking and occasionally looking at her phone during their outing.

This news follows Matt Poole, Tammy’s former fiancé, announcing his engagement to Annelyse Oatway, signaling he’s moved on from their relationship.

The 35-year-old former Ironman proposed to his partner during a romantic beachside proposal in Palm Cove, Queensland, on Sunday.

Matt announced his engagement on Instagram with a collection of photos capturing the proposal during a romantic beach walk at sunset.

In the first picture, Annelyse looked radiant while showing off her beautiful engagement ring, with her hand resting on Matt’s chest.

‘Let’s plan a wedding, Mrs Poole,’ he captioned the post, alongside heart and champagne emojis.

Tammy shares three-year-old Posy with her co-parent, Matt. She also has two older children, ten-year-old Wolf and eight-year-old Saskia, from her previous relationship with Reece Hawkins.

The pair first met in 2019 but didn’t make their relationship public until 2021.

In November 2021, Matt proposed to Tammy while they were on a luxurious yacht in Queensland. Tammy, who is an influencer, shared photos of the proposal with her followers online.

In June 2022, they welcomed their daughter, Posy. However, rumors about a possible breakup started circulating just three months after her birth.

Tammy announced her split just seven months after having a baby, telling the Daily Mail that she and her partner were no longer together.

She briefly dated Australian Rules Football player Bailey Smith earlier this year, following a marriage and divorce from Love Island contestant Matt Zukowski.
