Nestled in the small border town of Bearii, between Victoria and New South Wales, approximately 157 kilometers from Melbourne, lies a stunning property. This spacious retreat offers seven bedrooms, five bathrooms, and even includes a golf course.

The 100hectare spread was listed in November with a price guide of $8million-$8.8million.
