First trailer for The Night Agent star’s new thriller

As a gamer with a penchant for thrillers and a soft spot for Clint Eastwood’s directorial prowess, I can hardly contain my excitement over the upcoming release of “Juror #2”. The trailer alone has left me on the edge of my seat, and the all-star cast, led by Nicholas Hoult, is nothing short of mesmerizing.

The first trailer has landed The Night Agent star Gabriel Basso’s new thriller.

In the movie titled “Juror #2, “, Basso takes on the lead role. This film is directed by the esteemed Clint Eastwood and is based on a script penned by Jonathan Abrams.

As a gamer, I’d rephrase it like this: “I find myself in the shoes of Justin Kemp, a devoted family guy suddenly thrust into the spotlight when summoned for jury duty on a sensational murder trial. The cast is stacked with heavyweights, including Nicholas Hoult, J.K. Simmons, Toni Collette, Zoey Deutch, and Kiefer Sutherland.

However, the trailer suggests that Justin might be more involved in the case than expected, given that on the night of the murder, he unknowingly struck an animal which turned out to be something other than a deer with his vehicle.

While Justin is working on fitting the puzzle pieces, he encounters a challenging ethical predicament. Resolving this issue might lead to exonerating an innocent person or condemning someone who shouldn’t be held responsible for the crime.

Juror #2 is scheduled for a restricted debut in specific North American theaters on November 1, with some international locations showing it starting from October 30.

Lately, Basso has been cast in an upcoming Netflix movie, which is set to be directed by the Academy Award-winning director, Kathryn Bigelow.

Actor Basso has been added to the cast alongside Jared Harris, Idris Elba, and Rebecca Ferguson for a currently unnamed production, which is scheduled to take place within the White House during an escalating situation.

Additionally, it has been confirmed by Netflix in June that the production of the second season of “The Night Agent” is complete and will soon be available for viewing.

In 2023, the series made its debut on the streaming platform, and it was quickly renewed for a second season only a few days following the premiere of the first one.

The Night Agent season 2 doesn’t yet have a release date on Netflix.
