First trailer for Michael B Jordan’s new vampire movie Sinners
As a die-hard fan of Michael B Jordan, who has been following his illustrious career since the days of “Fruitvale Station,” I can confidently say that the upcoming film “Sinners” is bound to be a masterpiece. The trailer alone sent shivers down my spine and left me craving for more!
The first trailer for Michael B Jordan’s new movie has been released.
The movie about vampires, initially declared in March following Warner Bros’ successful acquisition of the project during a fierce auction, is a creation of Ryan Coogler.
The narrative revolves around a set of identical twins, portrayed by Jordan, as they stumble upon an ominous presence lurking in their small town.
In the trailer, it’s evident that one of the twins is preparing for something potentially dangerous, as a sense of danger seems to be hanging in the air.
In the trailer, one of the twins remarks, “I’ve traveled extensively across the globe.” They continue, “I’ve witnessed men perish in manners I never thought were conceivable.
“But all the things that I seen, I ain’t ever seen no demons. No ghosts. No magic. Till now.”
Near the conclusion of the video preview, several locals can be observed seeking shelter within a structure, while one individual, left outdoors, urgently begs to be allowed entry.
“There’s some weird shit goin’ on out here,” the man yells. “Let me in! You better let me in!”
The film, which wrapped production in July, will land in cinemas on March 7, 2025.
Its stacked cast also includes Skins actor Jack O’Connell and Hawkeye‘s Hailee Steinfeld, as well as Delroy Lindo, Jayme Lawson, Wunmi Mosaku, Omar Benson Miller, Li Jun Li, Lola Kirke, Yao, Miles Caton, Peter Dreimanis, Christian Robinson and Jermaine Mctizic.
Besides taking on the roles of director and writer, Ryan Coogler is also working in production alongside his spouse Zinzi Coogler and Sev Ohanian. The esteemed composer Ludwig Goransson, who has won an Oscar, is serving as an executive producer along with Rebecca Cho and Will Greenfield.
In their fifth joint project, Jordan and Coogler team up again, having previously worked together on Fruitvale Station, Creed, Black Panther, and the sequel to Black Panther titled Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.
Regarding Jordan, he’s one of the stars featured in the upcoming sequel to the 2007 movie “I Am Legend.” Will Smith will return as Robert Neville, and Francis Lawrence has been signed on to take the director’s chair.
In a recent interview with People, Jordan revealed that he’s “really excited” to get started on the film, which is currently in its development phase.
He mentioned that they are continuing to refine the script and making it as good as possible. As for a release date or specific location details, he is unsure at this point. However, he’s eagerly looking forward to collaborating with [Smith] on set.
I’ve admired Will for a long time, so working alongside him is a great anticipation for me. I’m thrilled about it!
The film “Sinners” is set to debut on March 7, 2025.
