First reactions land for “gloriously bloody” new horror movie Until Dawn
Initial responses to the movie version of the popular horror game, “Until Dawn“, have been praising it as an “exciting” and “gloriously gory” experience.
Launched in 2015 featuring motion capture and vocal performances by stars like Rami Malek and Hayden Panettiere, this game brought together a group of friends at a secluded mountain lodge, a year after the disappearance of two of their companions.
The movie unfolds around new characters who find themselves trapped in a chilling repeat of events similar to “Groundhog Day,” but instead of reliving a single day, they’re pursued by terrifying creatures. If they meet their end before dawn, the timeline restarts anew until they manage to survive until morning.
