First look at Daisy Ridley’s new zombie movie We Bury the Dead
As a long-time fan and admirer of Daisy Ridley’s versatility as an actress, I can’t help but feel both excited and intrigued by her upcoming project, “We Bury the Dead.” With her captivating performance in the Star Wars saga and the enigmatic mystery of “Murder on the Orient Express,” Ridley has proven herself to be a force to be reckoned with.
Actress Daisy Ridley, known for her roles in both Star Wars and Murder on the Orient Express, has unveiled a preliminary photo from her upcoming zombie movie titled We Bury the Dead.
In the movie, Ridley plays a character who becomes part of a team venturing to Tasmania following a catastrophic military test. Their goal is to recover the remains of those who perished in the event.
In the movie, Ridley’s character frantically searches for her husband, clinging onto hope that he might have miraculously made it through. However, since we’re in a zombie scenario, those seemingly lifeless forms might not be as deceased as the team assumes.
As a passionate gamer, I can hardly contain my excitement as We Bury the Dead, a game I’ve been eagerly awaiting, is about to make its grand debut! Not only that, but it’s been confirmed for a special screening at the Adelaide Film Festival in November. Production wrapped up Down Under earlier this year, and now we’re just days away from diving into the immersive world this game promises to offer.
1922 and Rattlesnake director Zak Hilditch is the one who directed it, and in the cast are Brenton Thwaites from Titans and Mark Coles Smith from Mystery Road: Origin.
As a dedicated Star Wars fan and gamer, I can’t contain my excitement as I prepare to step back into the galaxy far, far away. In the next chapter of this epic saga, I find myself once again taking on the role of Rey, fifteen years after the events unfolded in The Rise of Skywalker. Can’t wait to embark on this new adventure!
She expressed her desire for John Boyega, who played Finn alongside Rey in the sequel trilogy, to return to the series too.
During a recent interview, discussing her new movie “Young Woman and the Sea,” Ridley revealed that she was diagnosed with Graves’ disease about a year ago.
She remarked that, compared to many others, her situation is relatively mild in the larger perspective of life’s challenges.
She stated, “Although you might be able to handle it, you don’t need to. If there’s an issue at hand, you should not have to endure it.”
We Bury the Dead does not currently have a general release date.
