Finland’s state-owned operator now boasts Blueprint’s 500+ games.
Blueprint Gaming is now providing all of its online casino games to Veikkaus, the national operator in Finland. This means Finnish players can enjoy over 500 games from Blueprint, including popular titles like Rick and Morty: Strike Back, Ted Afterparty, and Fishin’ Frenzy.
This new partnership means Blueprint Gaming’s games are now officially available in its 14th country. Providing games to Veikkaus, Finland’s only iGaming operator, is a major milestone for Blueprint as it continues to grow throughout Europe.
Blueprint Gaming is “thrilled” to collaborate with Veikkaus
Veikkaus is the sole operator of all online gambling in Finland, offering casino games, lotteries, and sports betting. They currently have a large selection of over 1,200 games from more than 70 different developers. Adding games from Blueprint Gaming will make their selection even bigger and more varied.
This partnership is a major accomplishment for Blueprint Gaming, a UK supplier. Samuel Haggblom, Director of Key Accounts, expressed excitement about working with Veikkaus, a highly-regarded and responsible Finnish operator. This collaboration will help Blueprint Gaming expand its reach throughout Europe.
Finland is changing its gambling rules. The government is ending its long-held control over gambling and plans to start issuing licenses to private online gambling companies by 2027. This change was recently approved by parliament with a new gambling law.
This change will end Veikkaus’s complete control over all gambling in Finland, but they won’t lose it entirely. They will likely continue to be the only provider of lotteries, slot machines, and traditional casino games you play in person.
This partnership offers Blueprint Gaming a chance to become well-known in Finland’s online gambling market. Haggbloom described it as a promising development, explaining that it will allow Blueprint to introduce both popular and brand-new games to a wider range of players.
