33-year-old ex-TOWIE star, along with his fiancée Lorri Haines and their family, have flown overseas to celebrate New Year’s Eve of 2025. This trip comes just a few weeks after the couple had to refute rumors about them breaking up.
On Instagram Stories, Ferne flaunted her fit physique in a form-fitting white gown while posing alongside Danielle, as seen in the photos she posted.
While Danielle flaunted her 3.5 stone weight loss in a coordinating set made of brown satin, the two friends spent a lovely day soaking up the sunshine together.
Taking advantage of the bright sunlight, the two friends struck a series of stylish poses for an array of captivating photos, showcasing their striking outfits.
In Spain, Danielle and her husband Tom Edney, along with their daughters Orla (aged 4) and Una (17 months), have recently joined Ferne and Lorri.
In their family setup, the pair have a shared 16-month-old child named Finty, whereas Ferne is additionally a mom to her six-year-old daughter Sunday, who she had in a past relationship.
In November, Ferne and Lorri were forced to deny claims that they had split.
At that point, there was a major argument between them about something trivial, leading Ferne to choose to take a break.

Back in the vibrant summer of 2022, I found myself standing at the precipice of an exciting new chapter – my engagement to the remarkable Lorri. You see, only seven short months had passed since I made our relationship official, having partnered with a talented property developer. It’s been a whirlwind journey filled with love and growth, and I couldn’t be more thrilled about the future we’re building together.
After a separation that took place a year ago following their shared experience during the second lockdown, it was DJ Jake Padgett with whom they had previously spent time.
Prior to this, she had been in a romantic involvement with Arthur Collins, who is currently imprisoned for an acid attack. They share a child named Sunday together.
At the moment, Arthur is serving a 20-year term in Woodhill Prison, located in Milton Keynes, due to his involvement in an acid attack at a London nightclub back in 2017. This incident resulted in 16 individuals suffering from chemical burns and three people temporarily losing their sight.
Ferne previously revealed she wanted to find her happily ever after but falls for men too easily.
She mentioned: “I’m really fond of love – I adore it tremendously, and naturally, I long to discover my own fairy tale ending.
In September, Ferne openly shared that she and Lorri have been sleeping in different rooms since their previous attempt at seeking guidance from an intimacy counselor.
As a dedicated follower, I can’t help but admire Lorri, who’s been hailed as a hands-on dad by none other than Ferne. The way he gleefully embraces his alone time with the kids truly speaks volumes about his commitment and fatherly love.
However, due to the sleeplessness that came with Finty’s birth, Lorri responded unfavorably, prompting Ferne to decide on having separate bedrooms instead.
She shared with Heat magazine that initially, the primary purpose was to create a private sanctuary for deep, restorative slumber.
As a newborn, Finty had trouble sleeping well. Since Lorri becomes cranky when deprived of sleep, I suggested: “Your mood is unpleasant right now, so let’s each have our own bedroom for better rest.
However, it’s currently very trendy, my dear! It simply suits our lifestyle well. Now, we find joy during vacations and significant events when we decide to sleep together in one bed.
Previously, Ferne revealed to Heat that their encounter with an intimacy expert was incredibly enlightening.
She mentioned that they engaged in numerous activities primarily aimed at enhancing their communication and various transferable skills, some of which could potentially apply to intimate settings, despite them not being romantically involved.
