Okay, so I was completely blown away when I saw this video. She just had Finty, her youngest, only two years ago, and she was showing off her body in a tiny bikini! Seriously, a bikini! It was incredible. I couldn’t believe how amazing she looked so soon after having a baby. I’ve watched it like, a million times.
The show then showed Ferne posing in a bikini in a bathroom mirror, highlighting her newly toned physique after working on her fitness.
She explained her weight loss wasn’t due to any extreme measures, but simply from making healthier food choices.
The reality star explained she lost weight by eating fewer calories than she burned, prioritizing protein intake, and drinking up to three liters of water each day. She stressed that sticking to this routine consistently was the most important factor.

To reach my goals, I’m focusing on eating fewer calories than I burn, getting enough protein, and making sure I move my body every day. Also, having support from other women who are on a similar journey is incredibly helpful!
