Fern Britton, 67, displays her incredible weight loss transformation in a stylish denim co-ord as she steps out in Cornwall – after losing five stone
On Thursday, Fern Britton showcased her remarkable 5-stone weight loss journey by wearing a fashionable denim ensemble while strolling in Cornwall.
Over time, the television host, aged 67, has been candid about her challenges with weight, going from a size 12 to a size 22 and back again throughout her career.
With a strong air of confidence, Fern, a resident of picturesque Cornwall, ventured out, clutching her daily newspaper and a prepared sandwich.
The famous star showcased a chic ensemble wearing an extra-large denim outfit, paired with a laid-back white tee and sneakers.
With a fresh, simplified makeup style, Sharon looked luminous and vibrant as she ventured out to take care of her tasks.

She recently disclosed about the pivotal moment leading to her significant weight reduction in a discussion with Woman & Home magazine.
Fern reflected on the powerful moment she decided to take back control of her health.
She shared with the media outlet: “Frequently, people question if rapid weight loss is achieved naturally. However, I can assure you, looking directly at you, that indeed, I have.
18 months past the total replacement of my shoulder, I recalled that approximately two and a half years ago, during my consultation with the surgeon, he had informed me, “I will be replacing your entire shoulder; I’ll see you again in a year.” At that time, I felt the need to regain control over my life.
I realized it was time for some changes in my lifestyle. I decided to quit smoking and drinking, manage my diet better, and stop spending too much time wallowing in self-pity. To help with this transformation, I started the Couch to 5k program, drastically reduced my sugar intake, and began paying more attention to what I eat – a habit I hadn’t practiced before.
In her past, Fern was married to Clive Jones and had two sons, Harry (age 31) and Jack, along with a daughter named Grace (age 27). Later on, she had another daughter, Winnie (age 23), with Phil Vickery.
Since parting ways with TV chef, Phil (age 63), in 2020, following two decades together, Fern has chosen to maintain her personal affairs as private matters, keeping them away from the public eye.
Regarding her recent work, Fern is set to publish another book, this time focusing on a fictitious 1,000-year-old house in Cornwall called Wilderhoo. This once grand structure has fallen into disrepair.

5 years back, the presenter made a permanent shift to her Cornish vacation abode, gradually undergoing its renovation piece by piece.
In a twist of events, Fern’s latest work, “A Cornish Legacy,” her eleventh novel due for release on June 5, required double the usual time for composition, taking her a total of two years to complete.
She apologized for the delay, explaining that due to her busy schedule, she usually completes one project each year.
Last year, the beauty took part in Celebrity Big Brother and finished in fifth place.
Instead of focusing on television as her primary professional concern, she recently parted ways with the show “This Morning,” where she had been a co-host for ten years alongside John Leslie and later, Phillip Schofield. This decision was made in 2009.
As for me, I’ve found my calling in the realm of writing, and it’s taken some time for me to embrace this truth fully. But now, with pride, I can confidently claim the Author.
