As a seasoned gamer with countless hours spent exploring the vast landscapes of various gaming universes, I have come across many unique and fascinating characters. However, none quite compare to Fenny, the radiant Kinetic exosuit developed by the brilliant minds at GANGES in New Hentiro.

Starshine is a kinetic exosuit designed by Yggdrasil and brought to life with GANGES, New Hentiro’s powerful supercomputer. Fenny ensured it could switch up its color scheme.

Weapon: Assault Rifle
Element: Kinetic
Role: Ballistic Support

Standard Ability: Path of Starlight

Fenny sprints off in a certain route, earning herself a Crystal Reservoir as a reward, which comes with additional ammunition featuring distinct effects depending on the chosen direction: these ammo types don’t alter the elemental damage inflicted by the currently wielded weapon.

  • Dashing sideways will grant bonus ammo that deals increased Kinetic damage
  • Dashing forward will grant bonus ammo that fires more slowly, but deals increased AoE damage
  • Dashing backward will grant bonus ammo that restores S-Energy on hit.

Crystal Magazine ammo:

  • Is considered to be “normal” ammo and is not affected by Aptitude buffs
  • Will be consumed before the existing ammo in the weapon’s magazine
  • Is still considered as normal shooting when being consumed
  • Cannot be replenished by other means, and does not stack with other special magazine effects

Support Ability: Inspirational Voice

Fenny hands out a Pyroxene Magazine to the operational soldier, increasing their ammunition supply. The extra ammo given depends on both the soldier’s weapon capacity and that of Fenny’s. For crossbows, a set amount of bonus ammo is awarded according to the chosen firing mode. When the soldier uses this additional ammo for shooting, they receive an attack boost.

Pyroxene Magazine ammo:

  • Is considered to be “normal” ammo and is not affected by Aptitude buffs
  • Does not change the normal weapon magazine’s ammo count
  • Cannot be consumed by abilities, only shooting
  • Will be consumed before the existing ammo in the weapon’s magazine
  • Is still considered as normal shooting when being consumed
  • Cannot be replenished by other means, and does not stack with other special magazine effects

Ultimate Ability: Destined Protagonist

Fenny repeatedly assaults enemies with unrelenting kinetic damage for an extended duration. Concurrently, she obtains resistance to incoming harm while activating this skill.
